We test before we clean
Testing the solution on a hidden edge is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Salamah is a mixed district in north Jeddah between Prince Sultan Road and Madinah Road, with villas and apartment buildings on commercial streets and close to the seafront. Mattresses here face salt from the nearby sea, elevated humidity, and cooking grease from shops beneath the residential flats.
Mattresses in Al Salamah are affected simultaneously by three problems: salt air from the nearby sea, relatively high humidity, and grease from shops and restaurants located below the flats above them. For the method itself, see our mattress cleaning service in detail.
Al Salamah is close to the seafront, and salt rises on warm air and enters the mattresses. Salt deposits in the foam and creates yellow stains and fibre weakness that spreads.
Coastal humidity is elevated, and shops below send warm greasy vapour up through the building. This combination enters mattresses and causes rapid mould growth and lingering odours.
Salt, humidity and cooking oils meet in the same mattress. Each requires different treatment chemistry. Cleaning here is far more complex than in simple inland districts.
Al Salamah is a mixed district between Prince Sultan Road and Madinah Road, with villas and apartments on Quraish and Al Yamamah Streets carrying shops and cafes. The district borders Al Shati and Al Zahra to the west and Al Rawdah to the east, all within reach of the coast.
Mattresses here vary: newer in villas, older in apartment blocks. Outer fabrics vary by price point and building age.
Deep dry vacuum extraction removes salt and grease particles from the foam before any treatment solution is applied.
Stains here are salt, grease and mould combined. Each requires different specialist chemistry.
Deep cleaning is gentle on older mattresses, thorough on newer ones, always careful about moisture exposure.
Wet extraction removes salt, oils and dirty water together, which is essential for complete pollution removal.
Sanitising, airing and humidity control take much longer: direct sun, air conditioning and open windows together.
A quilted cotton cover, a knitted stretch cover and a synthetic surface do not take the same heat or solution.
Before any water.
A sweat stain is worked differently from a spilled drink or a child's accident.
We loosen what has bonded inside the fibres, by the method that suits the mattress, and lift the residue to the surface, worked across the top, the sides and the underside in turn.
The loosened dirt and water are pulled back out in the same pass.
We go over the mattress with you before the team leaves.

We send a team, not a single worker.
The cleaning and wet-extraction machines come with the team.
If what you have is a bed-bug problem rather than a dirty mattress, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them
Mixed districts with shops below mean pollutants rise from commercial activity underneath. In Al Salamah, coastal proximity adds salt and persistent moisture, doubling the problem: salt air plus commercial pollution at once. Cleaning and airing must address salt, grease and mould together.
We provide these in Al Salamah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
