We test before we clean
Testing the solution on a hidden edge is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Rimal is a new development subdivision at the far south of Jeddah, set inland from the beach but close to heavy truck roads and the industrial city. Building is sparse for now, but mattresses in the new homes are hit by both construction dust and diesel soot, plus sea humidity from a distance.
Mattresses in Al Rimal absorb both fine construction dust and diesel soot from heavy truck roads together. Distant sea humidity makes this dust damp sometimes and dry others depending on the season. For the method itself, see our mattress cleaning service in detail.
Al Rimal sits near active building and near heavy truck roads at the same time. New mattresses absorb a mixture of fine construction dust and oily diesel soot. This mixture is hard to clean because each component needs different treatment.
Al Rimal is inland of the beach but sea humidity reaches it carrying salt and moisture. This makes drying after cleaning slow and dangerous for mould growth.
The district is new and homes are spread out and building is sparse. Mattresses in the few homes here lack insulation from neighbours, so dust and humidity enter easily from every direction.
Al Rimal occupies the inland side of the far south cluster of outlying districts, near Al Lith Road and the ring road. The district is still in early building stages and has no named public facilities marked on current maps.
We check the new mattress and cover first to confirm they are safe from construction dust and soot before deep cleaning.
Strong and gentle dry vacuum removes construction dust and soot from both surface and inner layers.
Soot and damp dust stains need specialist treatment that removes oils and greases without harm.
Deep cleaning reaches the layers where a mix of construction and soot dust has settled in the new foam.
Strong wet extraction pulls out water and damp dust without leaving moisture that breeds mould in humid air.
Sanitising, airing and drying are critical to prevent mould because distant sea humidity makes drying risky.
A quilted cotton cover, a knitted stretch cover and a synthetic surface do not take the same heat or solution.
Before any water.
A sweat stain is worked differently from a spilled drink or a child's accident.
We loosen what has bonded inside the fibres, by the method that suits the mattress, and lift the residue to the surface, worked across the top, the sides and the underside in turn.
The loosened dirt and water are pulled back out in the same pass.
We go over the mattress with you before the team leaves.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
In a new development like Al Rimal, active building and vacant land together mean continuous dust and unpredictable humidity. New mattresses need cleaning that handles the complex mixture of construction dust, soot and humidity together, not just one type.
Testing the solution on a hidden edge is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.
We send a team, not a single worker.
The cleaning and wet-extraction machines come with the team.
If what you have is a bed-bug problem rather than a dirty mattress, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Rimal too, and more than one can share a single visit.
