We test before we clean
Testing the solution on a hidden edge is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Falah is a new mixed district in north Jeddah beside King Abdullah Sports City, with villas and apartments arranged around Al Falah Park and Al Rahmah Mosque. The air here is dry and the dust is coarse and pale, coming from open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, nothing like the oily diesel soot near the coast. It slides in under doors overnight and settles on every surface, making mattresses, sofas and curtains the heaviest part of the cleaning routine. Extraction has to be deeper and heavier here than in older settled areas.
Curtains, sofas and mattresses collect overnight dust much faster than homes in coastal areas, and the cleaning workload is correspondingly heavier. For the method itself, see how we approach mattress cleaning.
Dust from open ground is harsh and gritty, not oily or fine like diesel soot. It enters under doors easily and penetrates curtains and mattress fabric, then stays fixed because it does not dissolve in water the way salt does.
Dry air draws moisture from dust so it becomes lighter and travels further indoors before settling. Mattresses collect more dust volume in the same timeframe than in coastal districts where humidity adds weight to the particles.
Water from roof tanks carries mineral sediment that leaves a grey film in basins and on taps, and similar marks can reach mattress edges from spray and splash if watering or washing happens indoors.
Al Falah sits in east Jeddah far from the sea and close to open ground and the hills behind the ring roads. Air is dry and coarse dust readily enters under doors and settles on every interior surface overnight.
Initial inspection assesses visible dust volume and we plan multi stage deep extraction in advance based on severity.
Dry vacuum is strong to lift coarse surface dust and particles embedded in the upper layers.
Stains are treated carefully as some dust stains may be part of the discolouration itself, and light rinsing sometimes suffices.
Wet cleaning uses demineralised water because mineral deposits from roof tanks will leave extra salts if tap water is used.
Wet extraction is strong to remove all dirty water and dissolved dust quickly.
Drying needs heat and continuous air movement because although dry climate helps evaporation, dust can resettle if the mattress is left in an exposed environment.
A quilted cotton cover, a knitted stretch cover and a synthetic surface do not take the same heat or solution.
Before any water.
A sweat stain is worked differently from a spilled drink or a child's accident.
We loosen what has bonded inside the fibres, by the method that suits the mattress, and lift the residue to the surface, worked across the top, the sides and the underside in turn.
The loosened dirt and water are pulled back out in the same pass.
We go over the mattress with you before the team leaves.
Al Falah borders Al Rahmah Mosque and King Abdullah Sports City to its south, so mattresses we reach beside the mosque or the sports facilities need extra care if they are exposed to outdoor air directly.
Testing the solution on a hidden edge is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.
We send a team, not a single worker.
The cleaning and wet-extraction machines come with the team.
If what you have is a bed-bug problem rather than a dirty mattress, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Al Falah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
