We test before we clean
Testing the solution on a hidden edge is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Salihiyah is a new district in east Jeddah, south of Al Falah and Al Rahmaniyah and east of Al Hamdaniyah, laid out as subdivisions of recent villas and apartments with vacant plots still lying between buildings. Building is ongoing and new villas sit surrounded by bare land, so coarse dust enters from every direction. Most residents are recent arrivals and their mattresses are new, but the continuous construction and exposed ground around the district pose a particular challenge to keeping the mattress clean.
New mattresses here are exposed to coarse dust from every direction, and residents come from elsewhere unfamiliar with the challenges of building in a new development. For the method itself, see how we approach mattress cleaning.
The district is surrounded by bare land awaiting construction, and wind carries coarse dust from every direction. Mattresses in the new villas are enveloped in this contamination from east, north and south simultaneously.
New villas may come with very recent mattresses or upgraded stock, and the fabric and foam are extremely sensitive to wrong handling. The first clean must be gentle and test driven.
Vacant plots between new villas mean air moves fast and carries dust directly into homes. New windows may not yet be perfectly sealed after installation.
Al Salihiyah is a new district in east Jeddah east of Al Hamdaniyah, subdivided into recent villas and apartments with vacant plots still between buildings. New building continues and exposed ground surrounds the district on most sides.
Initial inspection carefully assesses foam and cover type, as new mattresses are extremely sensitive to handling.
Dry vacuum is very gentle at first to lift only the surface, then increased gradually if the mattress can tolerate it.
Stains are rare but any dust discolouration is treated very gently.
Wet cleaning is highly conservative because new mattresses have not yet experienced full occupancy stress.
Wet extraction is light to remove only dirty water without leaving residual moisture in the new foam.
Drying uses cool air in a cautious manner to avoid any damage to new materials.
A quilted cotton cover, a knitted stretch cover and a synthetic surface do not take the same heat or solution.
Before any water.
A sweat stain is worked differently from a spilled drink or a child's accident.
We loosen what has bonded inside the fibres, by the method that suits the mattress, and lift the residue to the surface, worked across the top, the sides and the underside in turn.
The loosened dirt and water are pulled back out in the same pass.
We go over the mattress with you before the team leaves.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
Ongoing construction means the district is surrounded by exposed ground raising coarse dust from every quarter, which differs sharply from established settled areas. New mattresses here face environmental pressure higher than their age would suggest.
Testing the solution on a hidden edge is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.
We send a team, not a single worker.
The cleaning and wet-extraction machines come with the team.
If what you have is a bed-bug problem rather than a dirty mattress, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Al Salihiyah lies near Abdulrahman bin Awf Mosque and Abu Bakr Al Siddiq Mosque, which mark the district boundaries. Mattresses we reach near these mosques may be exposed to outdoor air in different degrees depending on their directional facing.
We provide these in Al Salihiyah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
