We test before we clean
Testing the solution on a hidden edge is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Asalah is a small newly established district in far north Jeddah between Madinah Road and the Haramain expressway, near King Abdullah Sports City, with new villa schemes and apartment developments being built. Some streets are not yet paved and construction continues across the area. Dust from building sites and vacant plots enters new homes rapidly. Mattresses, especially new ones, accumulate construction dust quickly. Cleaning here differs because homes are new and fabrics require specialist care.
Construction dust in Al Asalah is fine and different from natural dust. It clings to new mattresses fast and becomes difficult to clean if left to settle for long. For the method itself, see how we approach mattress cleaning.
The district is new and construction continues in the scheme and surrounding areas. Dust from digging, mixing and material transport enters new homes through windows, doors and gaps. Fine particles from cement and sand settle in mattresses. Ordinary vacuuming may not lift all of it. Very deep vacuuming with specialist treatment is needed.
Villas and blocks here are new and mattresses are often high quality with soft foams and delicate fabrics. Delicate fabrics are damaged quickly by dust and moisture. Cleaning must be deep but gentle on new fabrics. We use products that do not harm the fibres.
The district is new and the drainage system and infrastructure are not yet complete. Moisture collects in excavations and open areas beside homes. Homes absorb moisture from the ground and air. Mattresses need deep wet extraction to pull heavy water out.
The newly developed district has active construction projects alongside it and vacant land throughout. Fine construction dust from digging and mixing constantly enters homes and settles on mattresses.
Inspecting the new mattress in Al Asalah focuses on fabric and foam type, both delicate, and the volume of construction dust that has settled.
Dry vacuuming must be deep but gentle because new fabrics and foams are sensitive to heavy pressure.
Construction dust stains need specialist treatment to break apart fine particles before extraction.
Cleaning must reach every crevice but without damaging the soft foam in new mattresses.
Wet extraction focuses on removing all heavy water from trapped moisture without over-wetting delicate fabrics.
Sanitising and airing prevent fine mould that may develop from construction dust and moisture mixing together.
A quilted cotton cover, a knitted stretch cover and a synthetic surface do not take the same heat or solution.
Before any water.
A sweat stain is worked differently from a spilled drink or a child's accident.
We loosen what has bonded inside the fibres, by the method that suits the mattress, and lift the residue to the surface, worked across the top, the sides and the underside in turn.
The loosened dirt and water are pulled back out in the same pass.
We go over the mattress with you before the team leaves.

We send a team, not a single worker.
The cleaning and wet-extraction machines come with the team.
If what you have is a bed-bug problem rather than a dirty mattress, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Villas and apartment blocks in Al Asalah are distributed between Prince Talal bin Mansour Road and Al Suyuti Mosque. Work is organised from Al Asalah Public Park and the surrounding streets near Wadi Obhur so teams can reach new homes easily without disrupting ongoing construction.
We provide these in Al Asalah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
