We test before we clean
Testing the solution on a hidden edge is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Wadiyah is a new development district in northeast Jeddah where building work continues and vacant plots sit between homes. Mattresses in brand new houses absorb fine and coarse construction dust even when new. This dust unique to a growing district differs from the pollutants of established neighbourhoods, and cleaning must treat it differently.
Vacant plots release fine and coarse dust into the air, and new homes have no established gardens yet, so soil enters easily through doors and windows. For the method itself, see how we approach mattress cleaning.
Ongoing building raises dust in two sizes: fine powder that penetrates everything and coarse particles that settle quickly. New mattresses absorb both. Deep extraction must remove fine particles from inside the foam and coarse dust from the surface.
Empty land around the home sends dust into the air. Natural ventilation is good but drives dust directly into the house. Mattresses absorb this airborne dust easily and quickly.
New homes in the zone do not yet have a stable environment. Landscaping does not exist and roads are still under development. Dust enters the home easily and mattresses get dirty fast in this unstable setting.

New mattresses in new homes may have dust from shipping and setup. We check the mattress type and cover before choosing the method.
Construction dust, fine and coarse, needs strong deep vacuum on both sides. We start from the side facing vacant land.
Stains on new mattresses are rare. But dust may leave marks. We treat these gently because the cover is new and may be sensitive.
Cleaning both sides and edges happens in one step with deep dust extraction.
Extracted water carries construction dust. We repeat extraction until the water runs completely clear.
Humidity may be high from ongoing building. We control mattress moisture after extraction and recommend good ventilation.
A quilted cotton cover, a knitted stretch cover and a synthetic surface do not take the same heat or solution.
Before any water.
A sweat stain is worked differently from a spilled drink or a child's accident.
We loosen what has bonded inside the fibres, by the method that suits the mattress, and lift the residue to the surface, worked across the top, the sides and the underside in turn.
The loosened dirt and water are pulled back out in the same pass.
We go over the mattress with you before the team leaves.

We send a team, not a single worker.
The cleaning and wet-extraction machines come with the team.
If what you have is a bed-bug problem rather than a dirty mattress, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
In a new development zone, ongoing construction dust differs from pollutants in established districts. The mattress absorbs very fine dust that other neighbourhoods do not send. Cleaning must target this unique dust.
We provide these in Al Wadiyah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
