The list is agreed before the clock
We do not start the timer and improvise.

Al Qawzain is the southernmost coastal strip of Jeddah on the southern corniche, a small seaside village between the sea and King Faisal Road. The air here is salty and humid year round, and homes sit between the shore and a sewage treatment works and steel factory, so the dust is darker and oilier and mildew appears fast.
Villas on the coast here have modern marble or polished ceramic, but salt leaves white marks on glass and soot clings to windows and metalwork. Old houses have plain cement floors that darken where soot is walked in. For the method itself, see our cleaners by the hour service in detail.
Al Qawzain sits between a main road and a factory, so dust here is a mix of diesel soot and workshop particles that stick to sheer curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards and stay dark. Windows, glass and metal get priority before floors.
Salty air corrodes metal here. Taps, handles and railings rust fast. Humidity rises from bathroom and kitchen even in a clean house. Weekly cleaning of taps and metal slows rusting and discoloration.
Older homes in Al Qawzain have plain cement or old ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Mopping alone is not enough; good sweeping first, then repeated clean water, lifts the soot.
A coastal area on the southern corniche with seaside rest houses and open beach, neighbouring a sewage treatment plant and iron factory, with new residential plots under development nearby.
In coastal Al Qawzain, windows and glass take priority before floors; dark soot on glass damages the home's appearance before anything else does.
Surfaces, metal and taps need special cleaning and focused attention to remove salt and moisture; we start high and on metal before moving to floors.
The kitchen in a coastal home collects salt and soot fast on the cooker and surfaces; we tackle grease and soot together using safe products.
The bathroom may be more humid than anywhere else; we focus on ventilation, drying, taps and preventing metal corrosion from rust.
Marble or ceramic floors may become slippery from salt and moisture; we sweep first, then mop with fresh clean water several times to remove salt deposits.
Before the hours end, we walk you through the windows, glass and taps: are they clear? is the metalwork bright? if salt damage needs more care, we agree the extra time then.
We walk the space with you and you tell us what matters.
We start with what you placed at the top.
Within each room we work from higher surfaces down to the floor, so dusting never falls onto a floor we have already done.
If something is taking longer than expected or a new priority appears, we tell you and adjust the order with you rather than deciding for you.
The rate is set before we start.
We go through the agreed list with you before leaving, and anything within it that was missed is put right before the team goes.
We do not start the timer and improvise.
The company runs a large crew, so a defined job can be finished faster with more hands in the same window when your list calls for it.
The materials and equipment come with the team.
If your list is really a deep clean or a specialised job, we say so instead of burning an hourly block on work it is not suited to.

The commitment is straightforward: an agreed list before we start, and no change to the work or the rate without your word.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Qawzain too, and more than one can share a single visit.
