We test before we degrease
Testing the solution on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Wadi Usheirah is an open rural valley at the foot of Jabal Khashash east of Jeddah, with homes scattered far apart and very low population density. Kitchens here are exposed to pure cooking grease rather than industrial or urban pollutants. The drawback is that water from wells carries natural minerals from the mountain rock, leaving white deposits on surfaces. Light rocky dust may blow down from the hills with wind. Deep cleaning tackles both cooking grease and mineral deposits from the groundwater.
The air is clean and dust is very light, but groundwater from mountain wells is rich in natural minerals that leave white deposits and rings on kitchen surfaces and the sink. For the method itself, see how we approach kitchen cleaning.
Homes here rely on deep wells for water. Groundwater from these wells is rich in calcium, magnesium and iron from the mountain rock. These minerals leave hard white deposits on counters, the sink and tap. Removing them requires a mineral-dissolving product, not degreaser alone.
The area is rural and remote, far from roads and heavy traffic. The air is clean and cooking grease is pure. Mountain winds may carry very fine rocky dust that settles slowly. This dust is far less concentrated and lighter than dust from urban or industrial areas.
Valleys carry moisture seasonally, and corners and grout lines trap damp and black mould. Deep cleaning removes grease and mould stains, but thorough drying is necessary to prevent mould returning quickly when humidity rises again.

Cabinet fronts are relatively clean because the air is pure. White mineral deposits may appear from moisture. Cleaning removes both grease and mineral stains together with a suitable product.
The extractor hood and filter are cleaner than in urban areas. Only light dust blocks the filter. Cleaning is simpler and the filter lasts longer between changes.
The stovetop and oven gather pure cooking grease. Mineral residue marks from water may appear on metal surfaces. Cleaning removes both grease and deposits together.
Tiles behind the hob are relatively clean. Grout lines may hold black mould from seasonal moisture. Cleaning and drying must happen together to prevent rapid mould return.
The sink and tap develop white rings from natural mineral deposits in the well water. A mineral remover dissolves these stains. Old rust staining may not disappear entirely.
Floors and corners collect moisture and may show black mould. Cleaning and drying must happen together. Floors may be natural stone or old ceramic that needs careful handling.
Painted cabinets, laminate, natural stone and stainless steel do not take the same degreaser.
We start high, the tops of cabinets and the hood, and work down to the floor.
The degreaser is put on the heavy areas and given time to break the oil down before it is wiped.
The metal filter carries the worst of the grease and is soaked and worked on its own, not just wiped in place, because a clogged filter puts the oil straight back into the air.
The burners, the tiled splash and the grout lines take focused work, since the grout darkens first and a flat wipe passes over it.
We go over the kitchen with you before the team leaves.

We send a team, not a single worker.
The degreasers and tools come with the team.
If what the kitchen needs is a repair or pest treatment rather than a clean, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Rural area: farms, open ground and scattered homes
In a remote rural mountain valley, the main pollutant is not urban dust but mineral deposits from groundwater. The air is clean but the water is rich in calcium and iron. Kitchen cleaning here tackles pure grease mixed with hard mineral deposits.
We provide these in Wadi Usheirah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
