We test before we degrease
Testing the solution on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Wadi Mareekh, now called Al Taysir, is an eastern Jeddah area under active development. New villas and apartment blocks attract new residents, but sand from ongoing construction and incomplete roads enters kitchens easily. Modern open-plan kitchens that face gardens receive more sand, dust and moisture from irrigation than kitchens in older districts. Deep cleaning here requires special care for new, polished and sensitive surfaces that can scratch easily.
Fine sand from construction sites and ongoing building work enters kitchens more easily than in established districts, and open-plan kitchens facing gardens and courtyards collect more dust and moisture. For the method itself, see our kitchen cleaning service in detail.
The area is under continuous development. Fine sand from construction sites and incomplete roads enters new kitchens. New surfaces of polished porcelain and marble can scratch from this grit. Cleaning must begin with thorough sweeping, and soft brushes must be used to avoid leaving scratches on brand-new finishes.
Modern kitchens here often open onto newly planted gardens and courtyards. Irrigation water sprays onto floors and windows, leaving white rings on marble and glass. Excess moisture enters the kitchen and settles in grout lines and corners. Deep cleaning must remove grease, mineral rings and damp together.
Cabinets, appliances and surfaces here are brand-new. Cabinet paint is fresh and sensitive to harsh scrubbing. Appliance finishes can scratch easily. The degreaser must be safe on new surfaces, and brushes and cloths must be soft to keep the new shine intact.
An active development area with new villas and apartment buildings along Palestine Street and King Abdullah Feeder Road, including Al Taysir Park and a grand mosque, with construction projects and roads still under completion.
New cabinet fronts are bright and polished. Degreaser must be gentle to avoid dulling the shine. Careful dry sweeping first prevents sand from acting as an abrasive on the finish.
The hood and filter are new. Fine sand can enter the filter easily if windows are open. Cleaning requires care to avoid breaking seals or scratching the painted surfaces.
The stovetop and oven are modern appliances that need careful handling. Sand can enter ports and vents. Cleaning must be gentle to avoid blocking openings or leaving residue.
Tiles behind the hob are new and attractive, and grout lines are still clean. Fine sand from building sites may enter the joints. Cleaning opens the grout and dries moisture from irrigation water.
The sink and tap are new and stylish. White rings from irrigation water may appear. Cleaning removes mineral deposits carefully to avoid scratching the new finish.
Floors and corners must be swept thoroughly first because porcelain or new ceramic scratches from sand easily. Careful sweeping is essential. Corners trap both sand and moisture from irrigation.
Painted cabinets, laminate, natural stone and stainless steel do not take the same degreaser.
We start high, the tops of cabinets and the hood, and work down to the floor.
The degreaser is put on the heavy areas and given time to break the oil down before it is wiped.
The metal filter carries the worst of the grease and is soaked and worked on its own, not just wiped in place, because a clogged filter puts the oil straight back into the air.
The burners, the tiled splash and the grout lines take focused work, since the grout darkens first and a flat wipe passes over it.
We go over the kitchen with you before the team leaves.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
An area under active development brings extra pollutants from construction sites and unfinished roads. Cleaning here tackles cooking grease mixed with fine sand and irrigation water rings. Care on new surfaces is fundamental.

We send a team, not a single worker.
The degreasers and tools come with the team.
If what the kitchen needs is a repair or pest treatment rather than a clean, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Wadi Mareekh too, and more than one can share a single visit.
