We test before we degrease
Testing the solution on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Thaghr is a residential district in south Jeddah, sited between the sea on one side and heavy goods roads on the other. The dust here is darker and much oilier than in the north: a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit clings to kitchen cabinets, hoods and floors. Kitchens in Al Thaghr need cleaning methods wholly different from northern districts because the environmental pressure is higher, grease is denser, and the buildup is heavier. The air itself carries more than dust.
Dust in south Jeddah is darker in colour and oilier than in the north. Soot sticks fast to windows, tiles and cabinet tops, and turns very black when it dries. Regular professional cleaning is essential to prevent heavy buildup. For the method itself, see our kitchen cleaning service in detail.
South Jeddah sits between the port and the industrial city. Diesel soot from trucks and buses and engine fluids are carried on the air. Metal particles from repair shops mix with oils. This blend is heavier and harder to remove than pure cooking grease alone. The buildup darkens faster and holds stronger.
The sea is very close and humidity is always elevated. Grease and soot stick harder in high moisture. Surfaces turn black faster and become tacky. Old ceramic floors become slippery from moisture and soot together, adding a safety hazard to the mess.
Old low-rise housing in south Jeddah has plain cement or old ceramic floors. Soot and moisture together make the surface black wherever feet have walked. Strong scrubbing can damage old brittle surfaces, and the cleanliness does not last long before soot settles again.
Al Thaghr is a residential district south of Jeddah bounded by Old Makkah Road to the south, Al Jamiah Road to the east and Bakhashab Road to the north. It holds Al Thaghr Model Schools and Al Thaghr Hospital. Its location between the sea and heavy transport routes concentrates dust and grease in the air.
Cabinet fronts in Al Thaghr are covered in black soot, not only cooking grease. The degreaser must remove grease, soot and metal particles together from the surface.
Hood and filter need extra care because soot sticks harder than pure grease. The filter matrix may need extra soaking time to release the buildup.
Stovetop and burners are surrounded by heavy soot and grease, and cleaning needs enough strength to break up the heavy blend.
Tiles behind the hob are blackened with soot and may be old and brittle. Scrubbing must be careful to avoid cracking.
Sink and tap may be coated with grey sediment from tank water in addition to grease. The product must remove the combined buildup.
Floor in ceramic or cement is very black and slippery from soot and moisture. Scrubbing needs enough force to clean but care not to damage old brittle surfaces.
Painted cabinets, laminate, natural stone and stainless steel do not take the same degreaser.
We start high, the tops of cabinets and the hood, and work down to the floor.
The degreaser is put on the heavy areas and given time to break the oil down before it is wiped.
The metal filter carries the worst of the grease and is soaked and worked on its own, not just wiped in place, because a clogged filter puts the oil straight back into the air.
The burners, the tiled splash and the grout lines take focused work, since the grout darkens first and a flat wipe passes over it.
We go over the kitchen with you before the team leaves.
Al Thaghr sits between Old Makkah Road to the south and Prince Majid Road running through its centre, close to Al Thaghr Model Schools and Al Thaghr Hospital. The team plans arrival based on the home's location relative to main roads and local landmarks.
Testing the solution on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.
We send a team, not a single worker.
The degreasers and tools come with the team.
If what the kitchen needs is a repair or pest treatment rather than a clean, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Thaghr too, and more than one can share a single visit.
