We test before we degrease
Testing the solution on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Tabah is a new district in north Jeddah within the Obhur extension, where villas and apartment buildings are newly built on marble and porcelain floors. Yet empty plots and ongoing construction send fine sand and dust between the homes constantly. Sprinkler spray dries to chalky white rings on tile, and sea air leaves a faint salt film on glass and the curtains of open plan rooms. The new kitchen ages fast despite being clean.
New kitchens here carry more moisture than inland areas because of proximity to the sea and lagoon. White chalky rings from sprinkler spray appear on every tile surface, and a faint salt film settles on glass and the outdoor fabrics and curtains of open-plan kitchens. For the method itself, see what kitchen cleaning involves.
Most villas here have gardens or courtyards, and irrigation spray rises and settles on tile and work surfaces. The water dries to leave white calcium rings that are difficult to remove with regular wiping. Deep cleaning requires an acid-based product alongside the degreaser to dissolve both the chalk and the grease underneath.
Surrounding land is not yet fully developed, so fine sand blows in under doors and through windows daily. New porcelain and marble floors scratch instantly if mopped before sweeping thoroughly, and a single careless clean can undo the new appearance entirely.
Proximity to the creek and coast leaves a faint salt film on windows and on curtains and upholstery of open kitchens. Fabrics become stiff and glass loses its clarity. The white rings of salt may affect the whole open-plan space and require separate treatment of soft furnishings.
One of the districts released within the new urban extension of north Jeddah alongside Obhur and Wadi Obhur, with land and housing still being released. Villas have gardens and courtyards, apartment buildings are new, and the area is served by the main Jeddah Madinah Road which provides access to the wider city.
Cabinet fronts are new and glossy but may hold salt deposits from high humidity, so we clear salt before addressing the grease underneath.
The hood and filter on new units may carry white chalky deposits from humidity and irrigation, requiring a moderate acid product alongside the degreaser.
Stovetop and burners hold grease combined with moisture from the coastal air, needing extended soak and extra drying time.
New tile behind the hob may have white chalk rings alongside grease, so we address both in the right order.
New sink and mixer tap are usually clean but may carry white scale from hard water and salt, so we treat them gently.
New porcelain floors are sensitive to sand damage, so we sweep thoroughly before any wet cleaning at all.
Painted cabinets, laminate, natural stone and stainless steel do not take the same degreaser.
We start high, the tops of cabinets and the hood, and work down to the floor.
The degreaser is put on the heavy areas and given time to break the oil down before it is wiped.
The metal filter carries the worst of the grease and is soaked and worked on its own, not just wiped in place, because a clogged filter puts the oil straight back into the air.
The burners, the tiled splash and the grout lines take focused work, since the grout darkens first and a flat wipe passes over it.
We go over the kitchen with you before the team leaves.
Tabah is served by the Jeddah Madinah Road running past the district, and sits adjacent to Obhur and Wadi Obhur on its western edge. Al Iman Park marks the centre of the area and helps locate villa clusters and apartment blocks, with internal streets radiating from the main road out to the newly built homes.
Testing the solution on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.
We send a team, not a single worker.
The degreasers and tools come with the team.
If what the kitchen needs is a repair or pest treatment rather than a clean, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
North Jeddah is largely newer villa districts and compounds around Obhur and inland from it. Homes here tend to have marble or porcelain floors, large windows and a garden or courtyard, so the routine is set by what comes in from outside: fine sand carried on sandals, and sprinkler spray that dries to a chalky ring on tiles. Near the creek and the coast, sea air leaves a faint salt film on glass and on outdoor cushions, which stiffens fabric. Curtains and upholstery in these open plan rooms catch the dust that settles overnight.
We provide these in Tabah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
