We test before we degrease
Testing the solution on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Zahra is a mixed district in north western Jeddah very close to the Corniche, with villas and modern flats, hospitals and shops at street level. Its closeness to the sea means very high humidity and salt in the air. Grease mixes with sea spray and salt and becomes very sticky, trapping more dust than neighbourhoods far from the coast.
The district sits very close to the sea and salt deposits on every surface. Grease mixes with salt and becomes very thick on walls and surfaces. For the method itself, see how we approach kitchen cleaning.
Al Zahra sits very close to the Corniche and salt from sea spray deposits on every outer and inner surface. This salt enters the home with air and mixes with cooking grease, forming a multi-layered deposit very hard to remove. Salt works with moisture to make grease very sticky and keep it on surfaces longer.
Sea humidity is very high throughout the district. Grease dries slowly in very damp air, and mould grows faster in corners and grout. Deep cleaning removes current grease and mould, but humidity may cause both to return faster than in areas far from the coast.
Al Zahra is mixed with commercial units and hospitals, and heavy foot traffic brings dust and extra pollution. These pollutants enter buildings with people and air. Kitchens in upper flats may receive extra fumes and moisture from floors below.
A district in north western Jeddah between King Abdulaziz Road and Hira Street very close to the Corniche, with villas and modern apartment blocks, hospitals and Zahra Mall and commercial centres, high humidity from the nearby sea.
Walls behind the stove carry salt mixed with grease and become very hard to clean, moisture makes it sticky.
The extractor hood gathers salt and mould from high humidity, and filter gets dirty much faster than other areas.
Oven and hob leave marks of grease and salt, and salt returns fast on metal surfaces.
Tiles behind the hob carry salt and have tight grout that traps salt and grease together, and mould grows there easily.
Sink and mixer tap gather white salt deposits from sea water, and brown rust shows on stainless fast.
Floor is marble or ceramic and salt scratches it if not swept before mopping because of salt grit.
Painted cabinets, laminate, natural stone and stainless steel do not take the same degreaser.
We start high, the tops of cabinets and the hood, and work down to the floor.
The degreaser is put on the heavy areas and given time to break the oil down before it is wiped.
The metal filter carries the worst of the grease and is soaked and worked on its own, not just wiped in place, because a clogged filter puts the oil straight back into the air.
The burners, the tiled splash and the grout lines take focused work, since the grout darkens first and a flat wipe passes over it.
We go over the kitchen with you before the team leaves.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them
A mixed district very close to the sea means high humidity and salt in the air plus shops and hospitals bringing movement and extra pollution. Grease mixes with salt and humidity and becomes very hard to remove. Cleaning needs special handling for salt and humidity together.
Testing the solution on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.
We send a team, not a single worker.
The degreasers and tools come with the team.
If what the kitchen needs is a repair or pest treatment rather than a clean, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Al Zahra sits between King Abdulaziz Road and Hira Street very close to the Corniche, and Al Zahra Hospital and Saudi German Hospital sit in the district and serve as easy landmarks for finding villas and flats.
We provide these in Al Zahra too, and more than one can share a single visit.
