We test before we degrease
Testing the solution on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Shati sits directly on the Jeddah Corniche facing the Red Sea, and kitchens here live with salt in the air year round. Grease does not dry quickly, salt deposits on everything, and humidity holds the residue and hardens it. Cleaning is not simply grease removal, but removal of a mixture of grease, salt and moisture all at once.
Coastal kitchens show white salt deposits on taps and tiles noticeably faster than inland districts, and grease stays sticky longer. For the method itself, see our guide to kitchen cleaning.
High humidity and salt in the air mean cooking grease never dries completely. It stays tacky and traps salt and dust together, becoming a thick crusty layer that differs entirely from grease in inland neighbourhoods.
Brass and stainless steel pick up white salt scale faster here than anywhere else. Cleaning requires products that resist salt and leave no marks on metals.
Coastal tiles and floors stay slightly damp even after cleaning. Mould and mildew begin fast if everything is not treated carefully. Drying is a core part of the clean here.
A coastal district on the Red Sea directly, with seafront hotels, landmarks, Red Sea Mall and Al Shati Market along the shore, plus villas and serviced apartment complexes inland.
Coastal cabinet fronts gather wet grease, salt deposits on them, and require a strong degreaser and rapid drying.
The hood and filter work under high humidity; the filter clogs fast and mould grows easily, requiring frequent cleaning.
Oven and hob release grease that stays damp, and salt mixed in makes it harder and more stubborn.
Tiles behind the hob hold moisture around grease and need vigorous scrubbing and swift drying to prevent mould.
Coastal sink and tap show marks from salt and water together; cleaning requires products safe on older brass.
The coastal floor stays slightly damp and requires immediate drying after mopping to prevent slip and mould.
Painted cabinets, laminate, natural stone and stainless steel do not take the same degreaser.
We start high, the tops of cabinets and the hood, and work down to the floor.
The degreaser is put on the heavy areas and given time to break the oil down before it is wiped.
The metal filter carries the worst of the grease and is soaked and worked on its own, not just wiped in place, because a clogged filter puts the oil straight back into the air.
The burners, the tiled splash and the grout lines take focused work, since the grout darkens first and a flat wipe passes over it.
We go over the kitchen with you before the team leaves.

We send a team, not a single worker.
The degreasers and tools come with the team.
If what the kitchen needs is a repair or pest treatment rather than a clean, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Coastal area: high humidity and salt air through the year
Coastal means your kitchen lives in high humidity and constant salt, so grease never dries quickly and salt deposits continuously on everything. Cleaning must address this blend, not grease alone.
We provide these in Al Shati too, and more than one can share a single visit.
