We test before we degrease
Testing the solution on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Salamah is a mixed district in northern Jeddah between Prince Sultan Road and Madinah Road, with villas and residential apartment blocks on Quraish and Al Yamamah Streets, close to the shoreline. Villas here have large windows exposed to salt air and marine humidity, whilst flats above commercial premises on the main streets inhale restaurant and bakery smoke from the level below. Kitchens here either suffer salt and sea air, or they breathe smoke and grease from the business underneath.
Villas here face the sea and constant salt air and humidity, whilst flats above shops and restaurants draw smoke and fumes from commercial kitchens below. For the method itself, see what kitchen cleaning involves.
Villas close to the shore face salt and moisture from the sea, so windows cloud and metal corrodes quickly. A fine salt film mixes with cooking grease and becomes harder to remove.
Flats above shops and cafes on Quraish and Al Yamamah breathe oven smoke and cooking fumes all day. The grease here is darker and more adhesive, and the filter blackens much faster than in detached homes.
High moisture speeds up corrosion of stainless steel cabinets and taps, so rust returns quickly after cleaning if we do not dry thoroughly and air the kitchen.
A northern mixed quarter between Prince Sultan Road and Madinah Road, near the seafront, bordering Al Shati and Al Zahra to the west and Al Rawdah to the east, with shops on main streets.
Cabinets may be affected by salt or smoke depending on position, so we clean gently from the top and wait for the degreaser to work on the specific deposit.
The extractor hood may carry salt deposits or heavy smoke, and the filter blackens quickly in flats above commercial premises.
Stovetop and oven hold ordinary grease but may be browner from restaurant smoke in flats below businesses.
Tiles behind the hob may carry salt deposits alongside grease in villas, requiring a two-stage approach.
The sink and mixer tap suffer from salt and rust in villas, or hard water deposits in apartment flats.
Floors are usually marble or porcelain, and we clean with a soft gel from the top down.
Painted cabinets, laminate, natural stone and stainless steel do not take the same degreaser.
We start high, the tops of cabinets and the hood, and work down to the floor.
The degreaser is put on the heavy areas and given time to break the oil down before it is wiped.
The metal filter carries the worst of the grease and is soaked and worked on its own, not just wiped in place, because a clogged filter puts the oil straight back into the air.
The burners, the tiled splash and the grout lines take focused work, since the grout darkens first and a flat wipe passes over it.
We go over the kitchen with you before the team leaves.

We send a team, not a single worker.
The degreasers and tools come with the team.
If what the kitchen needs is a repair or pest treatment rather than a clean, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them
A mixed district means the grease source varies: salt and sea air in villas near the shoreline, or heavy restaurant smoke in flats above shops. We ask what type of home and location first before choosing the product.
We provide these in Al Salamah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
