We test before we degrease
Testing the solution on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Waha is a villa district north of Palestine Road in east Jeddah, built recently with new homes, gleaming cabinetry and marble or porcelain floors. Cooking oil settles on these polished surfaces fast, and every owner wants to keep the original shine. Cleaning here requires careful choice of product because all surfaces are new and sensitive.
Homes here have new polished cabinets and high quality marble floors. Owners are protective of these investments and worry about scratches and marks from cleaning products. For the method itself, see what kitchen cleaning involves.
Cabinets, worktops and marble are all new in villas here, and the original gloss matters to the owner. Strong degreasers may leave dull marks or destroy the shine. A trained team tests the product on a small hidden area first and uses only products certified safe for new surfaces.
Each villa has garden irrigation, and spray drifts through windows and doors. Water deposits salt rings on marble and other stone. These rings need special care because new marble scratches if rubbed hard, so we use a gentle soak and let the product work before soft wiping.
New paint smell and fresh timber aromas mix with cooking smells in new villas. A deep kitchen clean opens windows and doors for ventilation, and may need extra air flow after. Products that are safe to use around occupied homes matter more than maximum strength.
A regularly planned district of villas, apartment buildings and commercial spines with wide private plots and gardens attached to each house, laid out to modern standards.
New cabinets are glossy and grease shows immediately. We use products safe for sensitive surfaces and clean gently to protect the original shine against damage.
Modern extractor hoods work well, but filters need regular cleaning. We remove the filter carefully as it may be made of new delicate material prone to damage.
Oven and hob are new and modern, with polished burners. We use gentle methods to avoid scratching the bright burners or fresh paint finish.
Tiles behind the hob are new and may be marble or advanced ceramic. White irrigation rings can appear here too, so we test the product first on a hidden edge.
Sink and tap are brand new and often brushed stainless steel. We use a product safe for new steel and avoid hard scrubbing which leaves visible scratch marks.
Floors are new marble or porcelain and expensive. We sweep carefully first, then mop with a very dilute solution, because scratches on new expensive flooring reduce owner satisfaction significantly.
Painted cabinets, laminate, natural stone and stainless steel do not take the same degreaser.
We start high, the tops of cabinets and the hood, and work down to the floor.
The degreaser is put on the heavy areas and given time to break the oil down before it is wiped.
The metal filter carries the worst of the grease and is soaked and worked on its own, not just wiped in place, because a clogged filter puts the oil straight back into the air.
The burners, the tiled splash and the grout lines take focused work, since the grout darkens first and a flat wipe passes over it.
We go over the kitchen with you before the team leaves.

We send a team, not a single worker.
The degreasers and tools come with the team.
If what the kitchen needs is a repair or pest treatment rather than a clean, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Villa district: private plots, gardens and a boundary wall to every house
Villas mean larger spaces, new sensitive surfaces and gardens that constantly bring dust. Cleaning here focuses on protecting the new investment and preserving the original shine of cabinets and marble rather than simply removing grease.
We provide these in Al Waha too, and more than one can share a single visit.
