We test before we degrease
Testing the solution on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Nakheel is a modern residential district in eastern Jeddah between Palestine Road and the King Abdullah branch road, built with contemporary apartments, villas, a modern park and a residents' promenade. Your kitchen here stays cleaner longer because the air is purely residential; there are no commercial exhausts below. But the grease shows plainly on light polished floors, and it settles before you notice it.
Kitchens in Al Nakheel hold their appearance longer than older districts because the air is domestic, but grease deposits darken on pale glossy surfaces quickly and need regular attention. For the method itself, see our kitchen cleaning service in detail.
Al Nakheel is newly designed with beige marble and glossy porcelain throughout, and grease shows on the surface immediately. Cleaning must take care not to scratch the original sheen that the owner paid for.
The district is exclusively residential with parks and walkways, so the air is clean and free of commercial kitchen exhaust. Grease is lighter in volume but settles on polished surfaces with stark clarity.
Villas and flats are new and cabinets carry fresh glossy paint, and grease adheres to this sheen with grip. Removal needs a gentle product to preserve the original finish without dulling it.
Al Nakheel surrounds the modern Al Nakhil Park and walking promenade, with local mosques and a health centre, laid out on newly developed land with gleaming light-coloured floors throughout.
Cabinet fronts are new and gleaming, and grease shows against this lustre plainly. We wipe top to bottom with care, using only soft cloths to keep the original sheen intact.
The hood is modern and the filter is easy to access and clean. But we preserve the original finish by avoiding harsh brushes on any coated surfaces.
Oven and hob in new villas are often high grade stainless, and we use a product matched to that metal to avoid streaking or discolouration.
Tiles behind the hob are pale or white and grease shows at once. We soak them longer to avoid hard scrubbing that might dull the glaze.
Sink and mixer are new stainless steel, and we dry them immediately after cleaning to prevent white water-spot residue from forming.
Flooring is glossy and pale, so we use a soft brush and gentle pressure. Corners need a thin soft brush, never a stiff pad.
Painted cabinets, laminate, natural stone and stainless steel do not take the same degreaser.
We start high, the tops of cabinets and the hood, and work down to the floor.
The degreaser is put on the heavy areas and given time to break the oil down before it is wiped.
The metal filter carries the worst of the grease and is soaked and worked on its own, not just wiped in place, because a clogged filter puts the oil straight back into the air.
The burners, the tiled splash and the grout lines take focused work, since the grout darkens first and a flat wipe passes over it.
We go over the kitchen with you before the team leaves.

We send a team, not a single worker.
The degreasers and tools come with the team.
If what the kitchen needs is a repair or pest treatment rather than a clean, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Access to Al Nakheel kitchens is straightforward via Palestine Road or the King Abdullah branch road, and areas near Al Nakhil Park and the walking promenade share the same modern construction and gleaming floor types.
We provide these in Al Nakheel too, and more than one can share a single visit.
