We test before we degrease
Testing the solution on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Taawun is a new development on the southern fringe of Jeddah along the Al Laith Road, with housing schemes scattered between empty plots and incomplete buildings. Heavy dust from the south and sea humidity enter the new kitchens fast. The moisture makes grease stickier, and the hob and splash tiles need careful handling because the surfaces are new and glossy, showing buildup and water spots quickly.
Dust in Al Taawun is greasier than in north Jeddah, a blend of sea-borne salt and high humidity, clinging to new kitchen grease far faster than in drier neighbourhoods. For the method itself, see our kitchen cleaning service in detail.
The area is new and bare earth surrounds the homes, leaving soil exposed to wind that lifts dust faster than in built-out neighbourhoods. The dust here is darker than the north, mixed with sea salt and sand, and it settles on new cooking grease and darkens it within days.
Al Taawun sits close to the sea, and damp air from the coast enters the new open plan kitchens constantly. High humidity makes grease thicker and harder to break down, and leaves a more stubborn film on the hob and splash tile than dry neighbourhoods experience.
Most homes in Al Taawun are new with shiny cabinets and floors, but grease mixed with dust and salt becomes visible on clean surfaces within days. The contrast between a fresh finish and accumulating grime is sharp, so cleaning needs to happen before the buildup hardens.
A district south of Al Sanabil on the Al Laith Road, with new housing schemes from the Ministry of Housing, vacant land scattered among incomplete buildings.
New cabinet fronts are glossy but grease mixed with dust and salt shows fast, requiring a degreaser safe for new paint and quick removal to prevent marks.
The extractor hood and filter are new and shiny but heavy dust from vacant plots clogs the filter quickly, reducing airflow and making the hood less effective.
The hob and splash tile are new and glossy, with grease and salt deposits showing immediately on the clean surface, requiring gentle treatment to preserve the finish.
New tiles behind the hob are glossy and sensitive to harsh scrubbing, which can dull the surface or leave residue on fresh ceramic that has not been sealed.
The sink and tap are new and shiny, vulnerable to water spotting from high humidity and salt spray, requiring a product that does not leave marks on polished surfaces.
Floors in new homes are glossy porcelain or new marble, easily marked by salt and dust, requiring careful cleaning that does not leave residue or spots on fresh finishes.
Painted cabinets, laminate, natural stone and stainless steel do not take the same degreaser.
We start high, the tops of cabinets and the hood, and work down to the floor.
The degreaser is put on the heavy areas and given time to break the oil down before it is wiped.
The metal filter carries the worst of the grease and is soaked and worked on its own, not just wiped in place, because a clogged filter puts the oil straight back into the air.
The burners, the tiled splash and the grout lines take focused work, since the grout darkens first and a flat wipe passes over it.
We go over the kitchen with you before the team leaves.
The Al Taawun kitchen is situated on the Al Laith Road, the main artery serving the district from the north, and close to the Rawdat Al Taawun Housing Scheme developed by the Ministry of Housing, markers that help orient our arrival and work schedule.

We send a team, not a single worker.
The degreasers and tools come with the team.
If what the kitchen needs is a repair or pest treatment rather than a clean, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Taawun too, and more than one can share a single visit.
