We test before we degrease
Testing the solution on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Huda is a south Jeddah district east of Al Sanabil with old three storey apartment blocks standing crowded together and new villas rising on vacant plots. Al Laith Road runs near its western edge and Al Ajawid bounds it to the north. The district mixes old dense apartment housing with new villa development, so plumbing and cabinets are varied. Humidity from the sea leaves damp traces on grease and it does not dry fast.
Tightly packed flats with shared entrances mean still air around the hood and grease accumulates faster than in detached houses. For the method itself, see our kitchen cleaning service in detail.
Al Huda is a mix of old three storey apartment blocks crowded together and new villas on vacant plots. Old blocks prevent air flow and grease accumulates far faster. New villas scattered among the blocks catch some grease from the surrounding buildings. Plumbing is mixed and cabinets vary between old and new.
Apartment blocks have shared hallways and flats are crowded very close. Still air in the building means grease accumulates fast and does not escape the flat. Smells and moisture from one flat travel to neighbouring flats. The hood needs to be powerful but may be old.
Al Huda sits south of Jeddah close to the sea and humidity is high. Nearness to Al Laith Road means soot from heavy traffic. Humidity and soot together create heavy, damp grease that binds hard. Grease does not dry fast and sediment settles in the sink.
A south Jeddah neighbourhood east of Al Sanabil bounded by Al Ajawid to the north, with crowded three storey apartment blocks and new villas on empty plots, and Al Laith Road near its western edge.
Old cabinet doors in flats are painted with weak old paint and collect grease that binds hard. The product must dissolve heavy damp grease without pitting the old paint.
The hood is old and may be clogged with grease and humidity. The filter may be damaged by moisture and heavy use.
The hob and tiles behind it collect damp heavy grease, and humidity leaves white marks from salt or sediment. Cleaning must address dampness together with grease.
Tiles behind the hob are old and fragile and may be worn smooth. Hard scrubbing may scratch. We test gently first.
Sink and tap may hold deposits from old pipes and hard water. High humidity means more sediment builds up.
Old ceramic floors are fragile and worn smooth. Deep sweeping before mopping is essential, no hard scrubbing.
Painted cabinets, laminate, natural stone and stainless steel do not take the same degreaser.
We start high, the tops of cabinets and the hood, and work down to the floor.
The degreaser is put on the heavy areas and given time to break the oil down before it is wiped.
The metal filter carries the worst of the grease and is soaked and worked on its own, not just wiped in place, because a clogged filter puts the oil straight back into the air.
The burners, the tiled splash and the grout lines take focused work, since the grout darkens first and a flat wipe passes over it.
We go over the kitchen with you before the team leaves.

We send a team, not a single worker.
The degreasers and tools come with the team.
If what the kitchen needs is a repair or pest treatment rather than a clean, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Al Huda is located by Al Laith Road on its western edge and borders Al Ajawid to the north. Al Huda Mosque and Al Huda Park mark the location, and a health centre is near most flats.
We provide these in Al Huda too, and more than one can share a single visit.
