We test before we degrease
Testing the solution on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Shifa is a developing district in south Jeddah beside the Makkah Jeddah Expressway, with new villas, apartment blocks, shops and vacant plots still waiting for building. The district is mixed-use: shops at street level with homes above. Old buildings stand next to new construction, meaning varied surfaces and different plumbing. Grease accumulates fast from the main road and soot enters through every gap.
The hood and filter clog quickly because the main road beside the area sends diesel smoke and soot continuously into the front-facing flats. For the method itself, see the full kitchen cleaning page.
Al Shifa sits directly beside the Makkah Jeddah Expressway, so flats and villas facing the road absorb diesel fumes and soot constantly. The hood and filter soil fast and heavily. Grease mixes with soot to become black and heavy. Removing this blend needs stronger treatment than kitchens far from main roads, and soot residue sometimes requires a second degreasing pass.
Al Shifa is a developing area where old houses stand alongside new construction and empty plots waiting for buildings. Plumbing is mixed: some new, some old. Cabinets range from glossy modern to age-worn and repainted. Each kitchen needs individual assessment because one product will not suit all surfaces here.
Al Shifa is close to the sea so humidity is high, but far enough that sea salt does not settle like in beachfront areas. Instead, high humidity combines with highway soot. The mix creates heavy, wet grease that dries slowly but binds tightly to surfaces.
A growing district in south Jeddah near the ring road, with apartment blocks, new villas and empty land awaiting development, mixing older homes with new investment construction.
Cabinet fronts in Al Shifa collect grease from your cooking and soot from the highway together, so the product must tackle heavy dark grease. Two separate treatments may be needed if soot is heavy.
The hood works but highway soot settles on the filter fast. Weekly washing is essential.
The hob and splash area collect both grease and soot, so scrubbing needs force but must be gentle on modern surfaces.
Tiles behind the hob may be old and fragile or new and glossy. We test before hard scrubbing.
Sink and tap may hold deposits from old piping, especially if the home is old and the tap was recently replaced.
Floors range from old and fragile to new and glossy. Deep sweeping before mopping is always necessary.
Painted cabinets, laminate, natural stone and stainless steel do not take the same degreaser.
We start high, the tops of cabinets and the hood, and work down to the floor.
The degreaser is put on the heavy areas and given time to break the oil down before it is wiped.
The metal filter carries the worst of the grease and is soaked and worked on its own, not just wiped in place, because a clogged filter puts the oil straight back into the air.
The burners, the tiled splash and the grout lines take focused work, since the grout darkens first and a flat wipe passes over it.
We go over the kitchen with you before the team leaves.

We send a team, not a single worker.
The degreasers and tools come with the team.
If what the kitchen needs is a repair or pest treatment rather than a clean, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them
The mixed-use character of Al Shifa means your flat sits above a shop, beside a highway, or both. Grease comes from your kitchen, the street and any shop below, all at once. Accumulation is faster and the grease is heavier and blacker than in a quiet residential neighbourhood.
We provide these in Al Shifa too, and more than one can share a single visit.
