We treat a villa as floors, not one big room
The stairwell, high glass and upper floors are in the job by default, not the parts left for last.

Al Shifa is a developing district where new villas stand on newly released plots next to open land and ongoing construction. Dust from building sites and vacant ground enters villas differently than in established areas, and cleaning must account for the ongoing change in what surrounds the house.
Newer villas in Al Shifa need more frequent deep cleaning than older ones because dust from construction sites and open ground returns more quickly. For the method itself, see the full villa cleaning page.
Active building sites around the district release fine dust that enters villas even when doors and windows are closed. Construction dust returns quickly after cleaning because building work continues around the area.
New villas here have gleaming marble or porcelain floors. The coarse dust from open plots scratches these surfaces easily, so cleaning must be careful with equipment and methods.
Vacant plots surrounding the villa are a direct source of dust and sand. The courtyard and garden need special attention because sand enters the house with every opening of the rear door.
A growing district beside the Makkah Jeddah Expressway, neighbouring Al Ajawid, Al Nuseim and Al Samer, with newly released residential land, new villas, vacant plots and a district park and medical complex.
High surfaces and windows collect fine dust from neighbouring building sites very quickly.
Interior stairs need special attention because sand from the courtyard is carried on feet and carpet pile.
The kitchen needs frequent cleaning because fine dust enters through ventilation and settles on upper surfaces.
Bathrooms need regular checks, as construction dust may enter with moisture and build up on fixtures.
Windows and their tracks need frequent cleaning because coarse dust from open plots enters under the glass.
Entrance and courtyard need special care because they are direct sources of the sand and dust that enters the house.
Top to bottom, before anything starts, so we agree the scope on each level and what the price covers.
Rather than crowding one room, the team spreads across levels and works in parallel.
High surfaces before low, dry before wet.
Degreaser in the kitchen, descaler in every bathroom, each left to act.
The double-height glass and stair rail that ground-level cleaning never reaches, plus switches, handles and door edges throughout.
We go back through every floor with you.
Al Shifa sits about 1 km from Prince Fawaz South and about 1 km from Prince Fawaz North.

The company runs several teams, so we can spread across levels and finish a villa in one visit rather than stretching it over days.
The gear for high and double-height glass arrives with the team.
If what you need is facade, pool or garden work rather than an interior clean, we tell you.

The commitment is small enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have walked every floor and told us what you think of the result.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them
A mixed district means the villa stands beside vacant land and building sites, not surrounded by other villas on all sides. Dust enters from the courtyard and open ground before it enters from the street, so cleaning focuses on interior protection before dealing with the outside.
We provide these in Al Shifa too, and more than one can share a single visit.
