We test before we degrease
Testing the solution on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Sarawat is an industrial zone in south Jeddah with warehouses, workshops and scattered homes among wide loading yards. The air here carries diesel soot and heavy industrial grease from the workshops and the constant movement of heavy trucks, and the kitchen collects a mixture of commercial oils and black soot instead of the usual yellow kitchen grease.
Kitchens in Al Sarawat turn black with soot rather than yellow with the usual grease, because the soot is from diesel burning and sticks harder than cooking oil. For the method itself, see the full kitchen cleaning page.
Al Sarawat sits on a heavy truck route and diesel burns differently from kitchen fat, leaving black thick oily smoke. It enters through every gap and open door and settles on every surface, turning into a black layer that is hard to remove. This is not normal grease, it is a mixture of soot and heavy oil.
Every home in Al Sarawat has workshops and loading yards nearby with heavy daily traffic from trucks and machinery. Heat and vibrations from the constant movement increase diesel and oil vapour in the air, which is thick with fumes. The kitchen in the home absorbs much of it and it deposits hard.
Homes here are low-rise and floors are usually ceramic or smooth concrete, and grit drifts in from the yard and loose ground with moisture from erratic spraying. Soot and sand on a smooth floor creates a grey-black crust that is hard to shift.
Al Sarawat lies in far south Jeddah near Al Khumrah, a wide commercial zone with large warehouses and scattered housing on stony ground, close to Al Laith Road and the southern corniche with heavy traffic daily.
Cabinets in Al Sarawat are black from heavy soot, and industrial grease clings hard to paint and does not yield to ordinary degreasers.
Hood and filter clog very fast from thick black soot, and may need replacement filters repeated several times a year.
Oven and hob are black from soot not ordinary grease, and soot needs special material that breaks down heavy oil.
Tiles behind the hob are completely black and the grouting is caked hard with soot, cleaning takes long and must protect the grouting.
Sink and tap in an industrial zone are used heavily and water may carry sand and soot from unclean spraying.
Smooth ceramic or concrete floors show grey-black soot stains that cling hard to the polished surface.
Painted cabinets, laminate, natural stone and stainless steel do not take the same degreaser.
We start high, the tops of cabinets and the hood, and work down to the floor.
The degreaser is put on the heavy areas and given time to break the oil down before it is wiped.
The metal filter carries the worst of the grease and is soaked and worked on its own, not just wiped in place, because a clogged filter puts the oil straight back into the air.
The burners, the tiled splash and the grout lines take focused work, since the grout darkens first and a flat wipe passes over it.
We go over the kitchen with you before the team leaves.
Al Sarawat sits about 3.5 km from Al Khumrah and about 4.5 km from Al Sarawriyah.

We send a team, not a single worker.
The degreasers and tools come with the team.
If what the kitchen needs is a repair or pest treatment rather than a clean, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Industrial area: workshops, warehouses and loading yards
Industrial means diesel soot dominates instead of normal grease, and the material, time and care are different from a residential zone because the type of contamination is completely different.
We provide these in Al Sarawat too, and more than one can share a single visit.
