We test before we degrease
Testing the solution on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Sarawriyah is an industrial district in south Jeddah beside Al Khumrah, filled with distribution warehouses, loading yards and workshops. The grease here is not from kitchens but from workshops and trucks and factories. Metal soot, workshop dust and black mechanical oil enter every home. Kitchens here need completely different cleaning from residential neighbourhoods, removing industrial and diesel grease, not just cooking oil.
Industrial location means grease and soot come from outside sources: workshops, trucks and factories. Homes and flats between warehouses receive this heavy oily and sooty air constantly. For the method itself, see our guide to kitchen cleaning.
Metalwork and carpentry shops and diesel from trucks release grease and soot together. This is different from cooking grease: heavier, blacker, stickier. Homes between workshops and warehouses receive this in heavy volumes.
Carpentry and metalwork shops release fine dust that mixes with mechanical grease. This blend blackens surfaces fast and resists cleaning. Wiping leaves harsh marks.
The location near the sea adds moisture, so industrial grease absorbs it and bonds tighter to surfaces. Salt penetrates metal. Grease and salt and humidity are three problems in one sticky blend.
An industrial district south along the Al Laith Expressway, with distribution warehouses, shops, loading yards and vegetable and livestock markets.
Cabinet fronts sit under heavy black industrial grease mixed with workshop soot. Cleaning needs very strong product to break down industrial grease.
The extractor hood and filter clogs very fast from black workshop soot. Filter may need replacement every six weeks.
Oven and hob sit under extra industrial grease from outside. Cleaning needs to tackle industrial grease separately from cooking grease.
Tiles behind the hob sit under black soot and heavy grease that is very difficult to remove. Grout lines trap soot very deep.
Sink and mixer are metal under industrial grease and salt and humidity. They may rust fast. Cleaning removes deposits but internal rust may remain.
Floors and corners sit under heavy grease and soot from the door. Corners trap black stubborn deposits that need hard scrubbing.
Painted cabinets, laminate, natural stone and stainless steel do not take the same degreaser.
We start high, the tops of cabinets and the hood, and work down to the floor.
The degreaser is put on the heavy areas and given time to break the oil down before it is wiped.
The metal filter carries the worst of the grease and is soaked and worked on its own, not just wiped in place, because a clogged filter puts the oil straight back into the air.
The burners, the tiled splash and the grout lines take focused work, since the grout darkens first and a flat wipe passes over it.
We go over the kitchen with you before the team leaves.

We send a team, not a single worker.
The degreasers and tools come with the team.
If what the kitchen needs is a repair or pest treatment rather than a clean, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Industrial area: workshops, warehouses and loading yards
Industrial location means your kitchen receives grease and soot from the workshops, trucks and factories around the building, not only from your cooking. Industrial grease is heavier, blacker and much harder to remove than kitchen grease. Cleaning needs stronger product and more effort.
We provide these in Al Sarawriyah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
