We treat a villa as floors, not one big room
The stairwell, high glass and upper floors are in the job by default, not the parts left for last.

Al Sarawat is an industrial area south near Al Khumrah, filled with warehouses and workshops alongside scattered residential and wide commercial plots. Floors are slick with oil and fuel, and walls hold the smell of oil and diesel. Industrial buildings are large and spaces are wide, and truck and forklift traffic runs all day. Deep cleaning here needs heavier equipment and more resources than residential areas.
Oily floors stay slippery even right after cleaning because oil returns from neighbouring workshops. For the method itself, see our guide to villa cleaning.
Warehouse and workshop floors are very oily from fuel and engine oil. Oil makes the floor dangerously slippery. We use heavy-duty industrial degreasing products and metal scrapers, then wash with hot water and high pressure.
Walls absorb oil and diesel smell and hold it. Corners and cracks collect oil and dust together. We wash walls with strong product, scrub cracks with a metal brush and dry with dry cloths.
Warehouses and workshops are very large and need longer time, a bigger team and heavy machinery. Deep cleaning may take two days or more. We plan the timing with the warehouse owner.
Al Sarawat sits between Jeddah Industrial City to the north and the southern corniche to the west, with Al Laith Road very close. Industrial traffic continues all day long.
High surfaces and beams hold moisture, grease and soot from workshops. Cleaning them needs heavy-duty degreasing and a metal brush. High fans and lights are clean and safe.
Stairs and handrails if present hold oil and grease. We wash with strong product and dry with clean cloths. Taps need special care.
A kitchen if present needs deep cleaning from oil and grease. Surfaces, cupboards and floor each take longer. Metal is cleaned and dried immediately.
A bathroom if present needs deep cleaning from oil, grease and moisture. Strong products remove grease. Floor and walls are cleaned and dried with dry cloths.
Windows if present hold moisture and an oily layer. We open and clean with strong product and wipe edges and tracks. Cracks and gaps need special care.
The entrance needs separate cleaning before and during the work. The floor is cleaned of oil and grease. We start by removing heavy oil and finish with a final clean.
Top to bottom, before anything starts, so we agree the scope on each level and what the price covers.
Rather than crowding one room, the team spreads across levels and works in parallel.
High surfaces before low, dry before wet.
Degreaser in the kitchen, descaler in every bathroom, each left to act.
The double-height glass and stair rail that ground-level cleaning never reaches, plus switches, handles and door edges throughout.
We go back through every floor with you.
Al Sarawat sits about 3.5 km from Al Khumrah and about 4.5 km from Al Sarawriyah.

The company runs several teams, so we can spread across levels and finish a villa in one visit rather than stretching it over days.
The gear for high and double-height glass arrives with the team.
If what you need is facade, pool or garden work rather than an interior clean, we tell you.

The commitment is small enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have walked every floor and told us what you think of the result.
Industrial area: workshops, warehouses and loading yards
An industrial warehouse needs special cleaning because oil and grease come from neighbouring workshops constantly. We use heavy-duty industrial equipment and products, and the team is larger.
We provide these in Al Sarawat too, and more than one can share a single visit.
