We test before we degrease
Testing the solution on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Sahl is a lightly developed locality in south eastern Jeddah's Bahrah area, reached from Al Rakb Street off the Jeddah Makkah Expressway. Kitchens here are a mix of modern villas, older chalet-style units and smaller apartment buildings. Some are new and some are decades old, and the distance from the city centre means that services and support can be less developed than in closer neighbourhoods. Grease sometimes mixes with moisture from older buildings.
Kitchens here vary widely in age and type, from new small villas to older chalet style units and older apartment buildings. The location away from heavy main roads means lighter dust than central areas, but humidity can be higher here than in inland districts far from the sea. For the method itself, see what kitchen cleaning involves.
Al Sahl combines modern villas, older chalet units and small apartment blocks, each with kitchens from different eras. Some are new and some are decades old, so testing and care are essential because a single product may not suit all, and one kitchen's correct treatment may damage the next.
The area is remote from the Jeddah Makkah expressway's heavy traffic, so fine black dust from busy roads is lighter here. However, humidity from proximity to the sea can be higher than in inland districts far from water, creating different pressure on the grease itself.
Older chalet style units may have rising damp from foundations or roof leaks. Grease sometimes mixes with moisture and mould, requiring an anti-mould product alongside the degreaser, and careful testing before full treatment to avoid spreading the damp or harming weakened surfaces.
A locality within Bahrah in south eastern Jeddah, accessible by Al Rakb Street branching from the Jeddah Makkah Expressway. It is home to a mix of residential buildings, chalet style accommodation and a neighbourhood school, in a lightly developed urban extension.
Cabinet types are mixed old and new; we test each type on a concealed area before proceeding with the full clean.
The hood and filter may be old or new; we select treatment suited to its age and condition.
Stovetop and burners may carry moisture-laden grease in older chalets, so we test contact time carefully.
Tile behind the hob varies by age; we test the product on a corner first before proceeding.
Sink and mixer vary between properties; older fixtures may need a gentler product approach.
Floors differ from property to property; we sweep carefully and mop gently to suit each surface type.
Painted cabinets, laminate, natural stone and stainless steel do not take the same degreaser.
We start high, the tops of cabinets and the hood, and work down to the floor.
The degreaser is put on the heavy areas and given time to break the oil down before it is wiped.
The metal filter carries the worst of the grease and is soaked and worked on its own, not just wiped in place, because a clogged filter puts the oil straight back into the air.
The burners, the tiled splash and the grout lines take focused work, since the grout darkens first and a flat wipe passes over it.
We go over the kitchen with you before the team leaves.

We send a team, not a single worker.
The degreasers and tools come with the team.
If what the kitchen needs is a repair or pest treatment rather than a clean, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Al Sahl is accessed from Al Rakb Street, the locality's main thoroughfare branching from the expressway. Al Sahl Basic School marks the heart of the area, and residential buildings and chalet accommodation are scattered along Al Rakb Street and its internal branches.
We provide these in Al Sahl too, and more than one can share a single visit.
