We test before we degrease
Testing the solution on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Rughamah is a mixed district in east Jeddah built among hills and valleys near Wadi Al Qaws, with older residential blocks of flats and villas on simple ground. The air here is dry and the dust is coarse and pale, sourced from rocky earth. It enters homes fast and bonds with cooking grease with a grip that daily wiping cannot break.
Kitchen grease in Al Rughamah is lighter than on the coast, but stone dust grips it powerfully, and daily wiping does not lift the mixed layer. For the method itself, see what kitchen cleaning involves.
The soil here is rocky and dust is coarse and pale, entering homes and bonding with cooking grease with strong grip. Removing grease alone is not enough; the dust-mixed layer needs separate treatment.
Al Rughamah is inland and the air is dry, so grease dries fast but traps dust faster still. Floors and tiles darken from dust-grease mix quicker than in wetter areas.
Al Rughamah is older than new subdivisions, with weaker cabinets and floors. Dust penetrates old wood easily and shared pipes may be compromised, affecting drainage.
Al Rughamah sits in east Jeddah within the hills and valleys belt near the Mareekh Mountains, in a region far from the coast where the air is drier and the soil is rocky stone.
Cabinets are old and dust penetrates the wood easily. We wipe with care using only soft cloths and dry fast.
The hood is old and the filter may be clogged with stone dust. We focus on dust removal before grease.
Oven and hob carry a layer of dust-grease mix, and cleaning needs soak time with a soft brush.
Tiles may be old and grout lines are packed with stone dust. We use a small soft brush and gentle pressure.
Taps and sink carry dust sediment and water scale from old pipes. Cleaning lifts most and fast drying is critical.
Floors may be old terrazzo or basic ceramic, and dust-grease darkens them fast. We use a very soft brush.
Painted cabinets, laminate, natural stone and stainless steel do not take the same degreaser.
We start high, the tops of cabinets and the hood, and work down to the floor.
The degreaser is put on the heavy areas and given time to break the oil down before it is wiped.
The metal filter carries the worst of the grease and is soaked and worked on its own, not just wiped in place, because a clogged filter puts the oil straight back into the air.
The burners, the tiled splash and the grout lines take focused work, since the grout darkens first and a flat wipe passes over it.
We go over the kitchen with you before the team leaves.

We send a team, not a single worker.
The degreasers and tools come with the team.
If what the kitchen needs is a repair or pest treatment rather than a clean, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Al Rughamah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
