We test before we degrease
Testing the solution on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Muntazahat is a mixed district on the Old Makkah Road in east Jeddah, with hills and open ground beyond it. The dust here is coarser, paler and far drier than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every surface overnight, mixing with grease to form a thick grey film. Grit from the main roads scratches kitchen floors unless swept before mopping. It is a different job than in coastal quarters.
Coarse dry dust from the open ground and hills enters homes faster than moisture laden coastal air, and leaves grey sediment on grease rather than black or brown soot. For the method itself, see how we approach kitchen cleaning.
East Jeddah dust is coarse, pale and dry, not fine and dark like coastal soot. It blows in under doors from the main roads and settles on every surface. Mixed with cooking grease it becomes a thick grey layer. Sand and gravel from the roads get walked onto kitchen floors and scratch both marble and ceramic tile if not swept before mopping.
Roof tank water deposits fine grey sediment. Grease mixes with it and becomes much harder to cut. We use a product that dissolves both sediment and grease together, and inspect the pipework for heavy deposits or blockages that may cause the water quality to worsen.
New villas have polished marble flooring, apartments have newer ceramic tile. Both scratch easily from sand and grit. We sweep first, then mop. Hard scrubbing on new polished marble can dull the finish permanently.
A mixed district on the Old Makkah Road with shops at street level and homes above, near hills and open ground, containing Al Muntazahat Park, a health centre, schools and mosques. Many villas and some older apartment blocks.
Cabinets here range from polished marble in villas to basic ceramic in apartments, so marble needs a very soft brush and careful product, ceramic handles more scrubbing but dust settles in the grout.
The hood and filter take on coarse dust from the main roads very quickly, filters block fast, so we disassemble every part and use a product that cuts grease and mixed dust together.
Hob and oven in new villas are newer, but burner heads and glass collect grey sediment from dust and moisture, so we use a soft brush and gentle product to avoid scratching.
Tiles behind the hob are glossy and new in villas, grout lines are tight, dust settles in them fast, so we use a very small brush and plastic probe very carefully.
Sink and tap in villas are glossy stainless, grey sediment shows immediately, so we use a product that cuts both sediment and grease, dry and polish the stainless at the end.
Floors are marble in villas and ceramic in apartments, both scratch from grit, so we sweep first then mop gently, and take special care on new polished marble which bruises easily.
Painted cabinets, laminate, natural stone and stainless steel do not take the same degreaser.
We start high, the tops of cabinets and the hood, and work down to the floor.
The degreaser is put on the heavy areas and given time to break the oil down before it is wiped.
The metal filter carries the worst of the grease and is soaked and worked on its own, not just wiped in place, because a clogged filter puts the oil straight back into the air.
The burners, the tiled splash and the grout lines take focused work, since the grout darkens first and a flat wipe passes over it.
We go over the kitchen with you before the team leaves.

We send a team, not a single worker.
The degreasers and tools come with the team.
If what the kitchen needs is a repair or pest treatment rather than a clean, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Al Muntazahat too, and more than one can share a single visit.
