We test before we degrease
Testing the solution on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Najmah is a new district and construction continues around it. Fine dust and sand from active building sites enter every new villa and immediately mix with cooking grease. In Al Najmah within the Jawharat Al Arous scheme, your new kitchen needs a different kind of clean. Construction dust must be lifted first, then the grease cut beneath it.
Fine construction dust enters every new villa rapidly and settles on surfaces faster than in completed districts, mixing with grease on first use. For the method itself, see our kitchen cleaning service in detail.
Active building sites nearby release ultrafine dust that enters a new villa easily. This dust does not wait overnight: it mingles with cooking grease within the first day of use. The degreaser must handle this mixture from the start, not just cut grease that settles on a clean surface.
New marble and porcelain floors open their pores in the first weeks. Sand and dust enter these tiny gaps. Dust also settles in the grout lines between new tiles. Cleaning must carefully restore these pores and release trapped particles without scratching the new finish.
A new villa's surfaces and floors have not fully settled yet. Gaps between new cabinetry, walls and corners hold concentrated dust. A broom cannot reach these gaps and water alone will not lift what is in them. New houses need specialised cleaning techniques built for post-construction conditions.
Al Najmah is a new residential district within the Jawharat Al Arous development scheme northwest of Madinah Road, made up of residential plots for future villas, with ongoing construction on neighbouring sites and most properties newly built or under construction.
New cabinetry carries fine construction dust that mingles quickly with the first traces of cooking grease. This mixture looks aged and tired within weeks. Removing it restores the shine and appearance of new furniture.
The new hood and filter trap fine construction dust from neighbouring sites. Cleaning requires care not to damage brand new equipment, so we use a gentle degreaser and soft methods.
The new hob and splash tile behind it collect dust quickly but are sensitive to hard scrubbing. We use a gentle product and careful technique suited to new finishes.
Grout between new tiles is porous and absorbs fine dust deeply. The pores must be opened carefully and dust released without damaging the new grout lines.
New sink and mixer may have a factory protective film. Cleaning must use a product that does not scratch them and requires careful, light scrubbing.
New marble or porcelain floors collect dust in corners and new grout lines. We wipe carefully to avoid scratching or damaging the new surface finish.
Painted cabinets, laminate, natural stone and stainless steel do not take the same degreaser.
We start high, the tops of cabinets and the hood, and work down to the floor.
The degreaser is put on the heavy areas and given time to break the oil down before it is wiped.
The metal filter carries the worst of the grease and is soaked and worked on its own, not just wiped in place, because a clogged filter puts the oil straight back into the air.
The burners, the tiled splash and the grout lines take focused work, since the grout darkens first and a flat wipe passes over it.
We go over the kitchen with you before the team leaves.

We send a team, not a single worker.
The degreasers and tools come with the team.
If what the kitchen needs is a repair or pest treatment rather than a clean, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
North Jeddah is largely newer villa districts and compounds around Obhur and inland from it. Homes here tend to have marble or porcelain floors, large windows and a garden or courtyard, so the routine is set by what comes in from outside: fine sand carried on sandals, and sprinkler spray that dries to a chalky ring on tiles. Near the creek and the coast, sea air leaves a faint salt film on glass and on outdoor cushions, which stiffens fabric. Curtains and upholstery in these open plan rooms catch the dust that settles overnight.
We provide these in Al Najmah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
