We test before we degrease
Testing the solution on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Naeem is a commercial district dominated by restaurants, cafes and shopping centres. Residential flats here sit directly above shops and hotels that emit smoke and oil vapour. Kitchen cleaning requires removing grease layers from both the flat's own cooking and smoke drifting up from the street level below.
Flats facing directly onto Hira Street and Al Naeem Street are hit by cooking vapour and odour from the hotels and restaurants beneath them from breakfast through to late evening. For the method itself, see what kitchen cleaning involves.
Cafes and restaurants at ground level emit oily smoke that rises through stairwells, vents and gaps into the flats above. This smoke settles on cabinet doors and walls even when the kitchen window is closed. Cleaning must remove multiple grease layers: one from the home's own cooking and one from outside sources.
Restaurant and café smells cling to every crevice, wooden edge and cabinet handle. Surface cleaning alone does not shift the smell. Corners, grout lines and spaces between units must be stripped to remove odour-bearing grease layers.
The hood and filter pull vapour not just from the flat's kitchen but also from restaurant kitchens at street level. The filter holds compound layers of grease from multiple sources, thicker and harder to clear than in purely residential areas.
The dense commercial environment means restaurant vapour and grease particles rise into residential units through gaps, cracks and ventilation openings throughout the day.
Cabinet doors in Al Naeem carry layers of restaurant fume beneath the home cooking grease, requiring detailed assessment before removal begins.
The extractor hood and filter pull vapour from external sources, so they need longer chemical dwell time and often a stronger degreaser formulation.
Oven and hob may carry odour from outside cooking on top of the home's own grease, requiring attention to smell removal as well as grease removal.
Tiles behind the hob in a commercial district collect external smoke layers, so they need extended soaking before scrubbing.
Sink and mixer can be odour traps in a commercial area, so we clean them with extra care to ensure smell does not return.
Flooring picks up dust and grease particles from the commercial street and shops below, so corner cleaning is more meticulous here.
Painted cabinets, laminate, natural stone and stainless steel do not take the same degreaser.
We start high, the tops of cabinets and the hood, and work down to the floor.
The degreaser is put on the heavy areas and given time to break the oil down before it is wiped.
The metal filter carries the worst of the grease and is soaked and worked on its own, not just wiped in place, because a clogged filter puts the oil straight back into the air.
The burners, the tiled splash and the grout lines take focused work, since the grout darkens first and a flat wipe passes over it.
We go over the kitchen with you before the team leaves.

We send a team, not a single worker.
The degreasers and tools come with the team.
If what the kitchen needs is a repair or pest treatment rather than a clean, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Hira Street and Al Naeem Street are the main commercial spines, and work is scheduled based on proximity to these streets and the restaurant density affecting the flat.
We provide these in Al Naeem too, and more than one can share a single visit.
