We test before we degrease
Testing the solution on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Faisaliyah is an old dense neighbourhood in central Jeddah between King Fahd Road and Prince Majid Road. Homes here are older apartment blocks and tightly packed flats, and kitchens just below street level collect black road dust and grease together. The team breaks down thick layers of old grease stuck fast to smooth surfaces worn by decades of use.
Grease on surfaces here is very black and stuck hard because homes are old and surfaces are smooth from so many years of use. Daily wiping with water runs over the top without touching it. For the method itself, see our guide to kitchen cleaning.
Cabinet doors and surfaces in old homes here are very smooth from tens of years of daily use. Grease does not sink into pores because there are almost no pores left. It sticks hard to the polished smooth surface instead. This strong grip means grease builds day after day until it becomes a thick black layer.
King Fahd Road is busy and cars send out fine black dust. This dust blows into kitchens and mixes with cooking oil to form a stuck-fast black blend. Water wiping cannot break this mixture apart.
Most old flats have very old terrazzo flooring that is very smooth. The joints between terrazzo pieces are tight. Grease sticks hard to the smooth surface and enters the fine joints. Cleaning needs a strong product that breaks both the grease and dust layer without harming the old terrazzo.
The neighbourhood is old with dense apartment buildings and scattered villas, King Fahd Road cuts through it with heavy traffic and commercial activity. The main road sends fine black dust that gets into everything.
Old smooth cabinet doors trap the black dust and grease mixture hard, and the degreaser needs time to work through.
The hood and filter are old and carry layers of heavy grease mixed with black dust.
The stovetop and wall behind it have a thick black layer of grease stuck hard from years of use.
Old tiles behind the stove have very tight grout lines, and the black mixture seeps deep into the joints.
The old sink and tap show rust stains, and cleaning must be gentle.
The old smooth terrazzo floor has black grease stuck to it and in the fine joints.
Painted cabinets, laminate, natural stone and stainless steel do not take the same degreaser.
We start high, the tops of cabinets and the hood, and work down to the floor.
The degreaser is put on the heavy areas and given time to break the oil down before it is wiped.
The metal filter carries the worst of the grease and is soaked and worked on its own, not just wiped in place, because a clogged filter puts the oil straight back into the air.
The burners, the tiled splash and the grout lines take focused work, since the grout darkens first and a flat wipe passes over it.
We go over the kitchen with you before the team leaves.

We send a team, not a single worker.
The degreasers and tools come with the team.
If what the kitchen needs is a repair or pest treatment rather than a clean, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Central Jeddah is the old heart of the city: Al Balad with its coral stone houses, and the dense apartment quarters around it with shops beneath the flats. Floors here are often terrazzo or older ceramic tile, worn smooth and easily stained by cooking grease that drifts up from the street. Older kitchens and bathrooms carry heavy scale on taps and around drains, and pipework in the older blocks leaves rust marks in basins. Rugs and curtains take on the fine black dust of the main roads, so they need washing more often than elsewhere.
We provide these in Al Faisaliyah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
