We test before we degrease
Testing the solution on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Bawadi is an established district in central Jeddah between King Fahd Road and Madinah Road, a dense fabric of old mixed-use buildings with shops below and flats above. Quraish Street houses hotels and furnished apartments. Floors are original terrazzo worn smooth by decades of traffic. The plumbing buried beneath the tile is aged. Fine black dust from main roads clings to curtains and grease sticks hard to layers of old paint.
Carpets and curtains in Al Bawadi flats collect fine black dust from the main roads quickly, needing washing more often than homes in quieter areas. For the method itself, see what kitchen cleaning involves.
Al Bawadi is an established neighbourhood in central Jeddah with old buildings packed close together, shops beneath them. Flats above main streets absorb grease and smoke from shops and traffic together. Still air between crowded buildings means grease accumulates slowly but binds hard to old surfaces.
Al Bawadi was built long ago and original floors are terrazzo or old ceramic, worn smooth from foot traffic over decades. Grease clings fast and water slides off. Hard scrubbing may damage rather than clean. It needs gentle but effective treatment.
The old structure in Al Bawadi means brass taps and iron pipes coated in rust buried under tile. Hard water deposits scale on the taps and around drains. The rust on buried pipes is unreachable, but visible scale and corrosion need special treatment.
An old mixed commercial and residential district in central Jeddah, buildings developed over different periods with shops and offices at street level. Infrastructure is varied and aged, requiring careful approach.
Old cabinet doors in Al Bawadi are painted with weak old paint, and grease binds to them hard. We use a carefully chosen product that does not leave marks on the old paint.
The hood is old and may be damaged or clogged. We may need to clean the hood itself before cleaning the grease around it.
The hob and tiles behind it are very old and may sit over rusted pipes buried under the tile. Cleaning is external only and done carefully.
Tiles behind the hob are old and smooth, needing gentle scrubbing. Pipes beneath may be damaged so we do not press hard.
The tap is old brass and scale is deep. We use a descaling product first, then the grease product.
Floors are old terrazzo or very old ceramic, worn smooth by decades of traffic. We do not scrub hard and use a gentle product.
Painted cabinets, laminate, natural stone and stainless steel do not take the same degreaser.
We start high, the tops of cabinets and the hood, and work down to the floor.
The degreaser is put on the heavy areas and given time to break the oil down before it is wiped.
The metal filter carries the worst of the grease and is soaked and worked on its own, not just wiped in place, because a clogged filter puts the oil straight back into the air.
The burners, the tiled splash and the grout lines take focused work, since the grout darkens first and a flat wipe passes over it.
We go over the kitchen with you before the team leaves.
Al Bawadi is located by Quraish Street and Al Khatib Al Tabrizi Street off King Fahd Road. The Engineering Roundabout and Al Hijaz Mall mark the location, and Al Bawadi Park is near most flats.
Testing the solution on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.
We send a team, not a single worker.
The degreasers and tools come with the team.
If what the kitchen needs is a repair or pest treatment rather than a clean, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Central Jeddah is the old heart of the city: Al Balad with its coral stone houses, and the dense apartment quarters around it with shops beneath the flats. Floors here are often terrazzo or older ceramic tile, worn smooth and easily stained by cooking grease that drifts up from the street. Older kitchens and bathrooms carry heavy scale on taps and around drains, and pipework in the older blocks leaves rust marks in basins. Rugs and curtains take on the fine black dust of the main roads, so they need washing more often than elsewhere.
We provide these in Al Bawadi too, and more than one can share a single visit.
