We test before we degrease
Testing the solution on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Nuzhah is the heart of north Jeddah and King Fahd Road cuts straight through it. Main road traffic sends fine black dust into every kitchen. In Al Nuzhah, near Mall of Arabia and the busy King Fahd junction, your kitchen grease is not only from cooking. You need a team that understands the difference between heavy city dust and ordinary household grease.
Fine black dust from main road traffic settles on kitchen surfaces faster and more densely here than in residential areas inland away from major roads. For the method itself, see what kitchen cleaning involves.
King Fahd Road carries heavy traffic that sends ultrafine black dust directly into kitchens. This dust does not merely settle on surfaces. It penetrates cooking grease and mingles with it. The degreaser must dissolve both the grease and the embedded road dust simultaneously.
Terrazzo and older ceramic tile in kitchens here are smooth but porous at the microscopic level. Road dust penetrates these tiny pores and water alone will not lift it. Cleaning requires a product that reaches into the pores, dissolves what is trapped, and releases it without damaging the old surface.
Kitchens in central Jeddah suffer from heavy mineral scale on taps and around drains from years of hard water. The scale traps both dust and grease. The degreaser must dissolve the scale, the dust and the fat together in the right order.
Al Nuzhah is a mixed residential and commercial district in northern Jeddah between Madinah Road and Prince Majid Road with King Fahd Road running through it, home to villas and apartments and the busy Sultan bin Salman commercial street.
Cabinet fronts carry fine black road dust mingled with grease, creating a dark, sticky layer. Removal requires a degreaser that dissolves the whole compound.
The extractor hood filter is clogged with black road dust and grease combined. Extended soaking and careful cleaning without hard scrubbing are needed to preserve the filter mesh.
The hob and splash tile behind it stained dark grey by road dust and grease. Old terrazzo tile is porous and requires a product that penetrates to release trapped particles.
Grout between tile absorbs fine road dust into its depth. Surface scrubbing will not reach it. Soaking with a degreaser designed to penetrate porous material is essential.
Taps and the drain area carry scale deposits alongside road dust and grease. Cleaning must address all three layers in the right order without damaging tap finishes.
The floor, whether ceramic or old terrazzo, collects fine black dust in corners and grout lines. We sweep thoroughly first, then carefully wet-wipe to avoid spreading particles.
Painted cabinets, laminate, natural stone and stainless steel do not take the same degreaser.
We start high, the tops of cabinets and the hood, and work down to the floor.
The degreaser is put on the heavy areas and given time to break the oil down before it is wiped.
The metal filter carries the worst of the grease and is soaked and worked on its own, not just wiped in place, because a clogged filter puts the oil straight back into the air.
The burners, the tiled splash and the grout lines take focused work, since the grout darkens first and a flat wipe passes over it.
We go over the kitchen with you before the team leaves.
Your kitchen in Al Nuzhah sits near Mall of Arabia and King Fahd Road, the busy main thoroughfare. Traffic here affects your kitchen more than kitchens in quieter inland areas. We plan the visit to begin with the kitchen, leaving the degreaser to work on the road dust and grease mixture while we work through the rest of the home.
Testing the solution on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.
We send a team, not a single worker.
The degreasers and tools come with the team.
If what the kitchen needs is a repair or pest treatment rather than a clean, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Central Jeddah is the old heart of the city: Al Balad with its coral stone houses, and the dense apartment quarters around it with shops beneath the flats. Floors here are often terrazzo or older ceramic tile, worn smooth and easily stained by cooking grease that drifts up from the street. Older kitchens and bathrooms carry heavy scale on taps and around drains, and pipework in the older blocks leaves rust marks in basins. Rugs and curtains take on the fine black dust of the main roads, so they need washing more often than elsewhere.
We provide these in Al Nuzhah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
