We test before we degrease
Testing the solution on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Asalah is a small recently developed district in far north Jeddah between Madinah Road and the Haramain expressway, close to King Abdullah Sports City. Villas and apartment buildings are being built out right now, and the infrastructure is still incomplete: some streets are not yet paved and the drainage network is unfinished. Active construction raises fine dust that enters new kitchens with wide windows. The kitchens are modern with new gleaming surfaces, but they are designed for heat insulation so ventilation is limited. Cooking grease settles fast on these new surfaces.
Kitchens here are new with gleaming surfaces: marble, stainless and porcelain. But new surfaces show dust and grease instantly, and fine grit scratches the shine quickly. For the method itself, see our guide to kitchen cleaning.
Building and excavation in the new district raise extremely fine dust that enters through the wide new kitchen windows. This dust penetrates cooking grease rapidly and forms a gritty composite that is hard to clear from the new bright surfaces.
New marble, stainless and porcelain are glossy and smooth, so grease and dust show immediately. This means cleaning must be very precise to avoid scratching the shine and leaving visible marks.
New villas and apartment blocks in planned subdivisions are built for thermal insulation, so windows are few and ventilation is poor. Cooking grease settles fast on new surfaces in stale air.
Al Asalah sits between Madinah Road and the Haramain expressway with ongoing construction and incomplete infrastructure. Wadi Obhur passes through it, and fine construction dust enters kitchens readily.
New cabinet fronts are glossy but show dust and grease instantly. We clean gently to preserve the new shine.
Hood and filter in new villas are also new. We remove the filter and wash it carefully without harsh scrubbing.
New hob and burners on marble or new stainless need careful testing first. We scrub very gently to avoid creating the first scratches.
New tiles behind the hob are glossy and easy to clean. We soak briefly with degreaser, scrub gently and rinse thoroughly.
New sink and mixer taps are pristine. We use mild product and clean very gently to preserve the new shine.
New glossy floors require careful sweeping first, then gentle mopping to avoid scratching the new finish.
Painted cabinets, laminate, natural stone and stainless steel do not take the same degreaser.
We start high, the tops of cabinets and the hood, and work down to the floor.
The degreaser is put on the heavy areas and given time to break the oil down before it is wiped.
The metal filter carries the worst of the grease and is soaked and worked on its own, not just wiped in place, because a clogged filter puts the oil straight back into the air.
The burners, the tiled splash and the grout lines take focused work, since the grout darkens first and a flat wipe passes over it.
We go over the kitchen with you before the team leaves.

We send a team, not a single worker.
The degreasers and tools come with the team.
If what the kitchen needs is a repair or pest treatment rather than a clean, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Al Asalah is accessible from Madinah Road and the Haramain expressway between the two routes, close to King Abdullah Sports City. Access requires careful navigation around ongoing construction sites and new pedestrian routes. We coordinate entry from access points near Wadi Obhur and Al Asalah Public Park.
We provide these in Al Asalah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
