We test before we degrease
Testing the solution on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Wadiyah is a new district near Wadi Obhur in north eastern Jeddah, surrounded by vacant plots and main roads still being developed. The new homes open windows onto an environment still under construction, and the new kitchen receives building dust and sand from the neighbouring land with little grease yet from early cooking.
New homes in Al Wadiyah need early cleaning before they settle, because construction dust differs from ordinary household dust and requires different treatment. For the method itself, see how we approach kitchen cleaning.
Al Wadiyah is a developing district and vacant plots surround the new homes, with every nearby construction raising excavation and sand dust. Windows and doors stand open for fresh air and light, but the dust enters with the air and settles on the new kitchen before any serious cooking begins. This building dust is coarse and heavy and the kitchen becomes cloudy fast.
King Saud Road and Asfan Road are still being developed and daily traffic is heavy with building trucks and equipment. Dust from the roads and surroundings enters the district freely and settles on every home without protection. The kitchen takes more because it is set higher and windows stand open.
The new home is clean and glossy, but bare ground and building sites surround it. This means the new floor is sensitive to scratching and the new kitchen dirties fast with dust. The first clean is crucial before actual occupancy because after that, building dust becomes a hard crust.
Al Wadiyah is a district in north eastern Jeddah near Wadi Obhur and Sharm Obhur, under Taybah sub-municipality oversight, served by King Saud Road and Asfan Road which are still being developed.
New cabinet fronts are glossy but building dust sticks fast to the shine and light grease creates a grey layer.
Hood and filter are clean in a new home, but dust drifts in from open windows and building sites around it very fast.
Oven and hob have not been used yet, but airborne building dust settles on them before any real cooking begins.
Tiles behind the hob are brand new and shiny, but building dust adheres faster than old grease would because the surface has not yet hardened.
Sink and tap are new and the first water from new pipes may carry debris from the installation work.
The new floor is glossy and scratches from coarse sand, and dust settles on the smooth surface very fast.
Painted cabinets, laminate, natural stone and stainless steel do not take the same degreaser.
We start high, the tops of cabinets and the hood, and work down to the floor.
The degreaser is put on the heavy areas and given time to break the oil down before it is wiped.
The metal filter carries the worst of the grease and is soaked and worked on its own, not just wiped in place, because a clogged filter puts the oil straight back into the air.
The burners, the tiled splash and the grout lines take focused work, since the grout darkens first and a flat wipe passes over it.
We go over the kitchen with you before the team leaves.

We send a team, not a single worker.
The degreasers and tools come with the team.
If what the kitchen needs is a repair or pest treatment rather than a clean, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
New development means the environment around the home is still under construction: dust, sand and vacant land dominate the issue, and the material, time and care are different from a home in an established neighbourhood.
We provide these in Al Wadiyah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
