We clear, and we take it away
The clearing is half the job; getting the waste off your property is the other half.

Um Al Salam is a mixed district on the Old Makkah Road in east Jeddah, with popular housing and shops at street level, and small gardens tucked between apartment blocks and older villas collect coarse dust and heavy leaves from the fruit trees. Weeds root deep in the damp zones near the shared old drainage, and the whole space feels neglected until it is cleared.
Coarse dust from open ground and main roads leaves a grey film on paving before nightfall, and dampness from old roof tanks encourages wet-loving weeds to grow quickly and hold moisture. For the method itself, see our guide to garden cleaning.
Green spaces here are small and tight between different building types, so work requires specialist small tools and careful attention to wires, pipes and their attachment to aged walls that may not have spare strength.
Aged ceramic and wide grout joints hold embedded dirt and deep rooted weeds. Removal must be gentle to avoid cracking loose tile or dislodging gravel that lies beneath, disturbing the substructure.
Big established fruit trees in the district drop leaves and fruit heavy with oily dust, and some have branches that catch on wires or overhang neighbours' walls, requiring special care during collection.
An older district on narrow streets with aged underground drainage, and its inland position away from the sea means dry, coarse dust that settles faster than on the coast.
Leaves from large fruit trees pile up fast and mix with old building grit, collected by hand without damaging trees or nearby walls or fixtures.
Weeds root deep in damp soil and wide joints, removed by hand with all roots so tile is not cracked or gravel beneath is not disturbed.
Old concrete and ceramic surfaces need careful sweeping before washing to avoid scratching or removing gravel from the base layer underneath.
Old garden furniture and outdoor seating is cleaned gently, fabrics left dry with no chemical residue or soap marks after washing.
Old planting beds hold established plants with deep roots, cleared gently around the base with no digging or root disturbance.
Leaves and debris are collected by hand into bags and removed from the street entrance, leaving no trace in passageways or near shop fronts.
We go through it with you first, what's cleared, what's cut back, what stays.
Leaves, twigs and litter across the whole space come first, while everything's dry.
Weeds pulled from the beds and the gaps between pavers, roots lifted where they'll come, so the clearing lasts more than a week.
Growth crowding the paths, walls and fences is cut back to what you agreed and cleared to the waste pile as we go.
With the debris gone, the paving and tiles are swept and washed, the dust film and the dark damp grime in the shaded spots, last so nothing lands back on clean stone.
All the green waste is bagged and taken with us.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them
In a mixed district with shops and residents, the garden affects both shop appearance and neighbourhood image equally, so clearing here needs precise timing that does not disrupt trade or disturb the life of the homes above.
The clearing is half the job; getting the waste off your property is the other half.
We send a team, not one person, so a garden that would eat your whole weekend is cleared in a single visit.
The tools for clearing, cutting back and washing arrive with the team, no hiring, no waiting on gear that's somewhere else.
This is cleaning, not landscaping.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we don't leave until you've walked the garden and told us what you think.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Um Al Salam too, and more than one can share a single visit.
