We clear, and we take it away
The clearing is half the job; getting the waste off your property is the other half.

Al Mahamid is unplanned informal housing in east Jeddah near the Old Makkah Road, with tight narrow streets, many still unpaved, and very old underground drainage networks. Small shared gardens and passages gather leaves, weeds and sand at speed, and old uneven paving scratches easily under grit.
Weeds root fast in damp uneven spaces and deep joints, and old cement floors blacken where oily dust is walked in and resettled. For the method itself, see the full garden cleaning page.
Unmade streets are extremely tight and surfaces unstable, so heavy equipment cannot enter without risk of damage. Work is done by hand with light tools only, carefully and slowly.
Ancient drainage networks leak and create persistent moisture in shared passages and beds, feeding algal growth, mould and weeds that spread fast and recur.
Aged surfaces are cracked and uneven, joints are wide and deep with compacted dirt and gravel underneath. Cleaning must avoid breaking what remains or removing material from the substructure.
An older district of narrow unmade streets with very old underground drainage, and coarse dust from open ground and main roads settles faster than in planned areas.
Leaves and debris accumulate in joints and corners, collected by hand carefully without worsening cracks or removing embedded gravel.
Weeds root deep in damp soil and old cracks, removed by hand with full roots, carefully, without damaging cracked surfaces.
Tight passages and unstable surfaces are swept with great care without heavy pressure, washed gently without causing additional damage.
Old garden furniture and seating are cleaned gently, fabrics left dry with no soap or chemical residue behind.
Damp old planting beds with established plants are cleared carefully around the base without digging in wet soil.
Leaves, weeds and debris are collected by hand into bags and removed without trace from the narrow passages.
We go through it with you first, what's cleared, what's cut back, what stays.
Leaves, twigs and litter across the whole space come first, while everything's dry.
Weeds pulled from the beds and the gaps between pavers, roots lifted where they'll come, so the clearing lasts more than a week.
Growth crowding the paths, walls and fences is cut back to what you agreed and cleared to the waste pile as we go.
With the debris gone, the paving and tiles are swept and washed, the dust film and the dark damp grime in the shaded spots, last so nothing lands back on clean stone.
All the green waste is bagged and taken with us.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them
In an old mixed informal district with tight streets and aged drainage, garden clearing cannot use modern or heavy equipment. It requires careful hand work and deep understanding of how fragile the old structures are.
The clearing is half the job; getting the waste off your property is the other half.
We send a team, not one person, so a garden that would eat your whole weekend is cleared in a single visit.
The tools for clearing, cutting back and washing arrive with the team, no hiring, no waiting on gear that's somewhere else.
This is cleaning, not landscaping.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we don't leave until you've walked the garden and told us what you think.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Al Mahamid too, and more than one can share a single visit.
