We clear, and we take it away
The clearing is half the job; getting the waste off your property is the other half.

Mareekh is a small district in east Jeddah sitting at the foot of the mountains that share its name. Its gardens suffer from coarse mountain dust, paler and heavier than coastal dust. Wind carries gravel and sand from the hills and valleys, so clearing requires an understanding tailored to this hillside setting.
The dust here is coarser and paler than in coastal districts, creeping under doors and settling on every surface overnight before sunrise. For the method itself, see the full garden cleaning page.
Wind from the hills and valleys carries large gravel and sand grains quite different from fine coastal dust. Tile cleaning needs sweeping before washing to avoid scratching the surface.
The district sits very close to the wadi channel. Gardens are exposed to soil and gravel deposits after rain. Drainage is weak and floors often need deep cleaning after rainy season.
Most gardens here are basic rather than ornate, with few plants and cement or ceramic tile floors. Cleaning is quick but demands care with drainage and foundations.
A district in east Jeddah within the hills and valley belt, very close to Wadi Al Qaws, the valley behind Jeddah's well known 2009 flood, ringed by rocky slopes.
Leaves from the few trees here mix with mountain gravel and sand. Removal demands effective sweeping before washing to prevent scratching.
Weeds grow from moisture after rain and proximity to the wadi. Removal is easiest during dry seasons when roots are loose.
Paths and floors are covered with pale mountain sand that dries quickly. Washing removes the surface layer but may need repeated sweeping.
Outdoor seating and furniture is rare in these basic gardens, but when present it is left to air dry to avoid moisture retention.
Planter beds are small with mountain soil around roots, so cleaning around them is done with precision.
Waste is bagged and removed. Pathways are swept clear and water is left to dry naturally.
We go through it with you first, what's cleared, what's cut back, what stays.
Leaves, twigs and litter across the whole space come first, while everything's dry.
Weeds pulled from the beds and the gaps between pavers, roots lifted where they'll come, so the clearing lasts more than a week.
Growth crowding the paths, walls and fences is cut back to what you agreed and cleared to the waste pile as we go.
With the debris gone, the paving and tiles are swept and washed, the dust film and the dark damp grime in the shaded spots, last so nothing lands back on clean stone.
All the green waste is bagged and taken with us.
The clearing is half the job; getting the waste off your property is the other half.
We send a team, not one person, so a garden that would eat your whole weekend is cleared in a single visit.
The tools for clearing, cutting back and washing arrive with the team, no hiring, no waiting on gear that's somewhere else.
This is cleaning, not landscaping.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we don't leave until you've walked the garden and told us what you think.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Mareekh too, and more than one can share a single visit.
