We clear, and we take it away
The clearing is half the job; getting the waste off your property is the other half.

Al Rimal is a brand new residential subdivision at the far south of Jeddah, with land only beginning to open and very little building yet. Emerging villa gardens sit ringed by vast empty plots and surrounding work sites, gathering dust, coarse sand and light leaves from coastal trees, with the oily damp effect of nearby heavy roads affecting every surface.
New marble and porcelain surfaces and freshly laid paving hold fine sand and light oily dust for weeks after work stops. For the method itself, see our guide to garden cleaning.
New villas sit ringed by ground that may not be built for years, and nearby truck routes deposit light oily dust that coats surfaces and furniture. Regular clearing is needed in these early years.
New floors retain fine sand and light oily dust for a long time, so cleaning needs safe solutions and careful attention to avoiding scratches.
Young coastal trees have light foliage but coated in oily dust from roads. Roots are extremely weak and need care against heavy watering and digging.
A brand new subdivision at the far south with recently subdivided plots and very little building, away from the port but close to heavy truck routes, with dust darker than the north but lighter than industrial zones.
Leaves from small coastal trees are light but coated in oily dust, collected quickly without damaging tender young plants.
Weeds are rare in empty new subdivisions, but oily dust settles into paver joints, so careful sweeping comes before any water washing.
New pathways and surfaces are sensitive to oily dust, swept very gently and washed without hard tools or stiff brushes.
New garden furniture and seating are cleaned of oily dust gently, left completely dry with no soap or chemical residue.
New planting beds have extremely weak root systems, cleared with extreme care without digging or heavy watering.
Leaves, dust and debris are collected carefully and removed without leaving marks on the sensitive new floor finishes.
We go through it with you first, what's cleared, what's cut back, what stays.
Leaves, twigs and litter across the whole space come first, while everything's dry.
Weeds pulled from the beds and the gaps between pavers, roots lifted where they'll come, so the clearing lasts more than a week.
Growth crowding the paths, walls and fences is cut back to what you agreed and cleared to the waste pile as we go.
With the debris gone, the paving and tiles are swept and washed, the dust film and the dark damp grime in the shaded spots, last so nothing lands back on clean stone.
All the green waste is bagged and taken with us.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
In a brand new subdivision with emerging villas surrounded by empty land and heavy truck routes, floors, furniture and trees are extremely vulnerable, and garden clearing requires extreme care against oily dust and scratching and permanent damage.
The clearing is half the job; getting the waste off your property is the other half.
We send a team, not one person, so a garden that would eat your whole weekend is cleared in a single visit.
The tools for clearing, cutting back and washing arrive with the team, no hiring, no waiting on gear that's somewhere else.
This is cleaning, not landscaping.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we don't leave until you've walked the garden and told us what you think.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Rimal too, and more than one can share a single visit.
