We clear, and we take it away
The clearing is half the job; getting the waste off your property is the other half.

Al Rahmah is a new residential plan in south Jeddah laid out on open flat ground inland from the coast. Villas are being built gradually among stretches of vacant land. The garden here is a new environment, but undeveloped soil and incomplete streets mean raw dust and gravel enter constantly.
The district is very new, with roads incomplete and services still being installed. Raw soil and construction gravel enter the garden continuously. For the method itself, see the full garden cleaning page.
Al Rahmah is under active construction. Some streets are not yet paved and services are incomplete. This means raw dust and gravel from excavation enter the garden constantly.
Vacant plots around villas are not yet planted and the soil is loose. Wind carries dust easily, so cleaning must remove raw dust before it settles hard.
The villa itself may be new and attractive but is surrounded by vacant plots and active construction. The garden needs frequent clearing because building brings dust constantly.
A residential subdivision in south Jeddah on flat open ground along Al Lith Road, with new villas on recently subdivided plots and vacant land between them, some internal streets still unpaved.
Leaves are sparse here because trees are new, but raw dust and gravel from construction accumulate faster than leaves.
Weeds grow slowly in the disturbed new soil, but gravel clogs joints quickly.
Floors are covered with pale raw dust. Sweeping before washing is essential to avoid turning it to mud.
Outdoor seating is new and may be coated in raw dust. Washing is done carefully to avoid damaging new materials.
Planter beds may be newly planted with loose soil around roots. Cleaning is done gently.
Dust and gravel waste is bagged. Pathways are swept repeatedly.
We go through it with you first, what's cleared, what's cut back, what stays.
Leaves, twigs and litter across the whole space come first, while everything's dry.
Weeds pulled from the beds and the gaps between pavers, roots lifted where they'll come, so the clearing lasts more than a week.
Growth crowding the paths, walls and fences is cut back to what you agreed and cleared to the waste pile as we go.
With the debris gone, the paving and tiles are swept and washed, the dust film and the dark damp grime in the shaded spots, last so nothing lands back on clean stone.
All the green waste is bagged and taken with us.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
New development: vacant plots and ongoing construction mean constant raw dust and gravel. Cleaning here is not just about appearance but about protecting new villas from the raw dirt of construction.
The clearing is half the job; getting the waste off your property is the other half.
We send a team, not one person, so a garden that would eat your whole weekend is cleared in a single visit.
The tools for clearing, cutting back and washing arrive with the team, no hiring, no waiting on gear that's somewhere else.
This is cleaning, not landscaping.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we don't leave until you've walked the garden and told us what you think.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Rahmah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
