We clear, and we take it away
The clearing is half the job; getting the waste off your property is the other half.

Al Falah is a new district in northern Jeddah beside King Abdullah Sports City, with modern villas and apartments that have spacious gardens and courtyards. Floors here are new marble or porcelain, and gardens are planted with mixed species and young trees still in their first years. Fine dust from new roads and active construction settles very quickly, coating every surface within days of rain or wind.
Gardens here are newly planted for the most part, and young plants do not drop much leaf fall, but fine ground dust and construction grit settle on paving very fast. For the method itself, see our guide to garden cleaning.
New roads and highways around King Abdullah Sports City carry trucks and heavy machinery constantly, and fine dust lifts easily from fresh asphalt and disturbed soil. The dust settles on garden tiles and seating surfaces faster than in established districts.
Plants and trees here are in their first years of growth, shooting up fast under heavy irrigation, but leaf fall is minimal. The focus shifts to removing soil dust and sand around new roots without damaging delicate new growth.
New construction in Al Falah has created height differences between sections and new drainage is still settling into place. Water drains slowly at first and deposits sediment and fine particles from new soil onto paved areas.
Al Falah is east of Jeddah away from the sea, closer to open ground and hills, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler. It finds its way under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight.
Leaves are sparse from young plantings, but construction dust and road grit coat paving very quickly, and sweeping is almost daily in peak seasons.
Weeds between pavers are rare because the ground is newly worked and soil is disturbed, but white salt rings from irrigation show up fast on new marble.
Paths and new paving are soft and scratch easily from grit, so careful pre wash sweeping is absolutely vital before any water touches the floor.
Outdoor seating and new cushions are delicate and must be washed gently of fine dust and construction sand. New fabrics need careful rinsing and air drying.
Around young plantings and new planting beds sand and fine dust settle very quickly, and cleaning around roots must be done gently.
Waste is minimal from young plants, but construction dust and sand is heavy, and broom and water are sufficient to clear it.
We go through it with you first, what's cleared, what's cut back, what stays.
Leaves, twigs and litter across the whole space come first, while everything's dry.
Weeds pulled from the beds and the gaps between pavers, roots lifted where they'll come, so the clearing lasts more than a week.
Growth crowding the paths, walls and fences is cut back to what you agreed and cleared to the waste pile as we go.
With the debris gone, the paving and tiles are swept and washed, the dust film and the dark damp grime in the shaded spots, last so nothing lands back on clean stone.
All the green waste is bagged and taken with us.
Cleaning work in Al Falah is coordinated by approach from King Abdullah Sports City to the north and proximity to Al Rahmah Mosque to the south. The team starts from the main access road and works through the villas and newly planted beds.
The clearing is half the job; getting the waste off your property is the other half.
We send a team, not one person, so a garden that would eat your whole weekend is cleared in a single visit.
The tools for clearing, cutting back and washing arrive with the team, no hiring, no waiting on gear that's somewhere else.
This is cleaning, not landscaping.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we don't leave until you've walked the garden and told us what you think.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Al Falah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
