We clear, and we take it away
The clearing is half the job; getting the waste off your property is the other half.

Al Asalah is a recently established district in far north Jeddah near King Abdullah Sports City, with new villas and apartment buildings rising between Madinah Road and the Haramain expressway. Some streets remain unpaved and drainage networks are incomplete. Ongoing construction means construction dust and rubble mix with natural dust, and new gardens need maintenance quite unlike established neighbourhoods.
Construction dust from building sites across the district and the as-yet-unfinished infrastructure mean new villas accumulate sediment faster than they would in a completed zone. For the method itself, see the full garden cleaning page.
Ongoing building work across the district raises construction dust and fine rubble. This combines with natural dust to make floors and plants need cleaning more frequently than in finished, settled neighbourhoods where the dust load is lighter.
Some streets in Al Asalah remain earth, and drainage systems are not yet complete everywhere. Rare heavy rains pile silt and sand. The district will improve as construction finishes, but maintenance is different now than it will be.
Plants in new villas are small and newly set in fresh soil that has not settled. Weeds germinate rapidly, and irrigation brings silt and fine sand through the beds. Gardens need more frequent maintenance now than they will in a few years.
A newly developed area with Wadi Obhur passing through it and roads still under completion. Exposed ground and unpaved streets mean dust enters gardens more easily than in established paved districts, and construction activity adds to the load.
Construction dust and sand from unpaved streets accumulate rapidly on all exposed surfaces and floors.
Weeds grow quickly in the rich new soil and constant irrigation moisture in young landscaping.
Courtyards and gravel areas need regular clearing to remove silt, sand and construction debris.
Young plants need frequent washing to clear dust buildup on leaves that blocks healthy photosynthesis.
Around new planters and incomplete drainage systems, sediment collects and needs careful attention.
Waste includes leaves, pulled weeds, construction dust and silt sediment, carefully bagged and completely removed.
We go through it with you first, what's cleared, what's cut back, what stays.
Leaves, twigs and litter across the whole space come first, while everything's dry.
Weeds pulled from the beds and the gaps between pavers, roots lifted where they'll come, so the clearing lasts more than a week.
Growth crowding the paths, walls and fences is cut back to what you agreed and cleared to the waste pile as we go.
With the debris gone, the paving and tiles are swept and washed, the dust film and the dark damp grime in the shaded spots, last so nothing lands back on clean stone.
All the green waste is bagged and taken with us.
The clearing is half the job; getting the waste off your property is the other half.
We send a team, not one person, so a garden that would eat your whole weekend is cleared in a single visit.
The tools for clearing, cutting back and washing arrive with the team, no hiring, no waiting on gear that's somewhere else.
This is cleaning, not landscaping.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we don't leave until you've walked the garden and told us what you think.
From Al Suyuti Mosque in the developing district to the newly opened Al Asalah Public Park, the villas and apartment buildings spread across both sides of Al Mutasim Billah Street. King Abdullah Sports City nearby provides a clear reference point for scheduling teams across this emerging neighbourhood.
We provide these in Al Asalah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
