We clear, and we take it away
The clearing is half the job; getting the waste off your property is the other half.

Al Wadiyah is a new district in northeast Jeddah near Wadi Obhur and Sharm Obhur, where active construction and vacant plots surround the homes, exposing gardens to construction dust and sand differently than mature suburbs, and clearing here means handling sediment from building sites whilst protecting young plants still settling in.
Gardens are mostly new and small here, and plants are young, but construction dust settles quickly on every surface, and access to some homes can be difficult or temporary during building phases. For the method itself, see our guide to garden cleaning.
Al Wadiyah is an active development zone where constant building raises dust and sediment that blankets gardens. Clearing does not touch heavy construction waste, but it requires care with fine dust and sand blowing from sites. New debris settles faster here, and you may need touches between deep clears as the district builds.
Vacant plots and roads still under construction mean some gardens may be hard to reach, or access routes may be temporary. Residential boundaries are not yet settled everywhere. Coordination with residents matters here because site layouts can shift, and our team needs clear direction on where to park and how to move through the neighbourhood safely.
Most gardens are new and plantings are tender. Clearing must respect young trees and fresh flowers. Hardscape may be temporary concrete or bare earth, not yet finished, and we work with what exists now, never rushing the work when young growth is at stake.
The district is surrounded by active building sites and land still under development, served by King Saud Road and Asfan Road, with continuous dust and sand arriving from the ongoing works nearby.
Leaves are sparse here but construction dust blankets every surface quickly and needs regular sweeping.
Weeds between paving are rare in new areas, but fine sand fills the joints fast and demands frequent clearing.
Paths and hardscaping may be temporary concrete or new tiles needing care to avoid scratching during the wash.
Outdoor seating is new and dust from construction sites settles on it rapidly between clears.
Small new planting beds need protection from the heavy dust cloud coming from building works round the district.
Debris is bagged and removed, though little accumulates in new areas without mature trees or old structures.
We go through it with you first, what's cleared, what's cut back, what stays.
Leaves, twigs and litter across the whole space come first, while everything's dry.
Weeds pulled from the beds and the gaps between pavers, roots lifted where they'll come, so the clearing lasts more than a week.
Growth crowding the paths, walls and fences is cut back to what you agreed and cleared to the waste pile as we go.
With the debris gone, the paving and tiles are swept and washed, the dust film and the dark damp grime in the shaded spots, last so nothing lands back on clean stone.
All the green waste is bagged and taken with us.
The clearing is half the job; getting the waste off your property is the other half.
We send a team, not one person, so a garden that would eat your whole weekend is cleared in a single visit.
The tools for clearing, cutting back and washing arrive with the team, no hiring, no waiting on gear that's somewhere else.
This is cleaning, not landscaping.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we don't leave until you've walked the garden and told us what you think.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
The active building means construction dust settles on every garden, plants are tender and hardscape incomplete, so clearing here calls for a team that grasps the district is still being built and takes care never to disturb what the residents need to finish later.
We provide these in Al Wadiyah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
