We clean for the layer you don't see
Deep cleaning is about the tops, edges, grout and behinds, the places a routine clean is not meant to reach.

Al Qawzain is a small coastal area on Jeddah's southern corniche where the air is salty year round and humidity runs very high. Salt deposits on glass and metal doors in a white film. Black mould appears in bathrooms and wall corners. Metal and leather furniture corrode quickly. Curtains and fabrics need protection from constant moisture.
Salt crystallises on windows and metal doors faster here than in other coastal districts because it faces the sea most directly and catches the strongest sea winds. For the method itself, see our guide to deep cleaning.
Salty air deposits a white salt layer on windows, metal doors, iron railings and fixtures. This layer corrodes metal slowly if not cleaned regularly and leaves permanent white marks on glass. Regular cleaning reduces damage but old metal surfaces show permanent corrosion marks.
Year round high humidity brings black mould rapidly to bathrooms, dark corners and behind furniture. Walls need constant ventilation and windowless bathrooms become mould passages. Clothes and leather furniture develop mildew quickly if not aired regularly.
Light curtains, leather furniture and metal fixtures corrode quickly from airborne salt and continuous moisture. Damp smell clings to fabrics and curtains need frequent washing. Metal furniture rusts slowly and leather becomes permanently damp and sticky.
Al Qawzain lies on the southern corniche between Al Seef Beach and industrial works. Rest houses and an open beach front the area. The sea is very close and humidity enters every home.
The kitchen in a coastal villa needs care from airborne salt and moisture. Cooking grease mixes with salt residue on cabinet tops, making removal much harder.
The bathroom suffers from rapid black mould from high humidity. Walls need specialist treatment and continuous ventilation is essential.
Windows and frames carry a heavy salt crust and may need hard scrubbing. Metals show permanent corrosion marks that are difficult to restore.
Behind furniture and in dark corners, moisture and salt collect together, causing mould and corrosion marks on walls and floors.
Ceilings and fans carry salty damp deposits. Careful top-down cleaning is needed with continuous ventilation to control moisture.
Doors, switches and metal touch points carry white salt deposits. Cleaning removes surface corrosion but old metal may need protective coating.
Every home has rooms that need it more.
Ceiling corners, fans, vents, cabinet and door tops, dusted before water touches anything, so we aren't turning dust into streaks on the surfaces below.
Counters, fronts, the tops above the cabinets and the hood.
Scale on glass and taps and in the grout is dissolved, not scrubbed dry and hoped over.
Skirting, switches, frames and edges, plus the floor and walls behind furniture we can safely move.
Floors come last, after the dust above has been cleared.
Deep cleaning is about the tops, edges, grout and behinds, the places a routine clean is not meant to reach.
We send a team, not one person, so a whole home is done in one visit instead of a job that drags across days.
Degreasers, descalers and machines arrive with the team, no waiting because a tool is at another customer's home.
If a stain is set or grout needs replacing rather than cleaning, we tell you.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we don't leave until you've walked the home and told us what you think.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Qawzain too, and more than one can share a single visit.
