We test before we clean
Testing the solution on a hidden fold is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Waha is a villa district where every house sits on private land with its own garden and boundary wall, and large windows that open directly onto landscaped outdoor space. The open grounds and separated plots mean air moves freely between homes, drawing dust and garden debris straight into the curtains faster than in more compact residential areas.
Villa curtains here need deeper cleaning than apartment fabrics because the air currents that move freely between gardens and plots drive dust deep into the weave instead of settling on the surface. For the method itself, see our curtain cleaning service in detail.
Every villa has long windows opening onto the garden, and air enters freely whenever doors and windows are opened. Curtains are exposed to constant air movement that drives dust particles through the fabric rather than allowing them to settle on the surface.
Villas are set apart with trees and planted gardens, so wind moves unobstructed between homes. Dust particles and dry leaf fragments reach curtains far more readily than in the denser apartment districts where buildings shelter one another.
New villas come with light coloured curtains and fresh fabrics, and dust shows immediately. New textiles need careful treatment to preserve softness and guard against early wear or fading from exposure to higher air movement and grit.
Al Waha extends east of Haramain Road on a regular plan, with villas spaced around the central Al Wahah Park and each home surrounded by its own garden and external boundaries exposed to the open air.
Villas require detailed fabric inspection because stock is varied: fine silk sheers, heavy linen blackouts, chiffon, and each type needs its own test before washing starts.
Taking down curtains from metal tracks demands care because new fittings can be sensitive and light fabric may mark if left damp against the brackets.
Dry vacuum comes before any water, because dust mixed with moisture becomes clay that embeds in the weave and resists later removal.
Marks and window-edge darkening need gentle treatment, and the solutions for pale fabrics are gentler than standard commercial products.
Cleaning method varies: delicate fabrics soak gently, heavy ones are rubbed softly, and sensitive weaves are wiped with a soft sponge rather than soaked.
Rehang happens after complete drying, and we air-dry them in the villa itself before rehanging to ensure safe moisture levels throughout the fabric.
Cotton, linen, velvet, blackout weave and synthetic sheers do not take the same heat or the same solution.
Before any water.
A water spot at the hem is not treated like a greasy film near a kitchen.
We loosen what has bonded inside the fibres across the full panel, both faces and top to hem, with the method that suits the fabric, while the curtains stay on the rail so the drape is not disturbed.
The loosened dirt and water are pulled back out in the same pass.
We go over the panels with you before the team leaves.

We send a team, not a single worker.
The cleaning and extraction machines come with the team.
If a panel needs a tailor rather than a clean, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Villa district: private plots, gardens and a boundary wall to every house
Villas mean wide windows and open spaces, so curtains face strong air currents and higher dust exposure. Care here focuses on guarding against rapid wear and protecting light colours from fading caused by increased air movement and fine grit.
We provide these in Al Waha too, and more than one can share a single visit.
