We test before we clean
Testing the solution on a hidden fold is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Sanabel is a new district on Al Laith Road in south Jeddah, sitting among ongoing construction and vacant plots. New villas and apartments are framed by excavation, concrete mixers and delivery trucks that raise dust around the homes. Curtains here gather construction dust that clings and does not shake free, and fine white marks left by irrigation spray that dries and deposits mineral salt on the weave.
Curtains in Al Sanabel get visibly dirty much faster than in settled neighbourhoods because the construction around the home raises both dust and humidity at the same time. For the method itself, see the full curtain cleaning page.
Dust from excavations, demolition and concrete mixers is thicker and more adhesive than street dust. It enters the curtain and does not shake free, leaving a haze on the weave even if the building site is not directly in the window's view.
New villas and flats in Al Sanabel have modern irrigation systems, and the spray reaches the windows and curtains. Water dries and leaves mineral deposits and white chalk on the fabric, marks that do not come out with ordinary water.
Excavation and concrete mixing in Al Sanabel raises humidity in the air around the new homes. Curtains dry more slowly after cleaning, which means careful attention to prevent musty smell if they stay damp.
New villas and apartments under development on Al Sanabil Main Street and Prince Abdulmajeed Street, with excavations and vacant land scattered between the homes, and active building work ongoing nearby.
The inspection here focuses on fabric strength, because construction dust can be harsh on delicate weaves and thin materials.
Removal needs care because new villas may have modern hanging systems that have not yet been stress tested.
Dry vacuum and beating is critical here because construction dust is heavy and can block the spaces between fibres.
Stains from salt deposits and dust need separate treatment, because minerals do not come out with plain water.
The cleaning method depends on fabric strength and the amount of dust and salt together on the weave.
Rehanging needs care because new villas may still have unfinished work on walls and ceilings around the window.
Cotton, linen, velvet, blackout weave and synthetic sheers do not take the same heat or the same solution.
Before any water.
A water spot at the hem is not treated like a greasy film near a kitchen.
We loosen what has bonded inside the fibres across the full panel, both faces and top to hem, with the method that suits the fabric, while the curtains stay on the rail so the drape is not disturbed.
The loosened dirt and water are pulled back out in the same pass.
We go over the panels with you before the team leaves.
Al Sanabel stretches along Al Laith Road between Al Usaimi Mosque to the north and Al Sanabil Park to the east, where new villas and flats are scattered among building sites. Reaching the homes means knowing which development phase the street is in and which building access is open.
Testing the solution on a hidden fold is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.
We send a team, not a single worker.
The cleaning and extraction machines come with the team.
If a panel needs a tailor rather than a clean, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Sanabel too, and more than one can share a single visit.
