We test before we clean
Testing the solution on a hidden fold is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Lulu is a small strip of modern villas, apartments and resort buildings facing the Red Sea. Salt-laden air, high humidity and fine sand that enters on every footstep from the beach mean that curtains here face three pressures at once: mineral salt, constant damp, and the sharp grit that gets into everything. Windows are generous, villas have gardens watered daily, and the spray leaves chalky rings on tiles and sometimes on the curtains too.
Curtains carry marine salt, fine sand from the gardens, and marks from sprinkler spray that dries on tiles and fabric both. For the method itself, see what curtain cleaning involves.
Sea air deposits minute salt crystals on every fabric and vertical surface. Every guest or resident coming from the beach carries fine sand on their shoes, which enters the villa and settles on floors and curtains. The salt binds to the sand and creates a heavy, abrasive compound on the weave.
Modern villas and apartments have shiny marble or porcelain floors and very large windows. This means any dust that enters is visible to guests, and curtains in open plan rooms and those adjacent to the beach collect every wind-blown particle and every trace of salt and sand. The rooms are designed to be light and open, which works against the curtains.
Gardens and resort facilities run daily watering systems, and sprinkler spray evaporates on tiles leaving white chalky mineral rings. That mineral residue sometimes settles on curtains too. Humidity from both the sea and the daily irrigation keeps the fabric slightly damp all the time, which speeds up mildew and musty odours.
The area runs along Obhur Road between Al Zumurrud to the north and Al Amwaj and Al Shira to the south. Modern villas and apartments have gardens and resort facilities with high specification finishes.
Fabric in modern villas and apartments may be luxury materials like silk or linen, highly sensitive to salt and humidity and easily damaged by harsh treatment.
Removal from modern windows is usually straightforward and safe; fittings are new and robust.
Dry vacuum lifts surface salt and fine sand gently to protect delicate weaves from abrasion.
Mineral scale from irrigation needs specialist cleaner first, and salt needs soaking in demineralised water to dissolve.
Washing uses soft or distilled water so fresh salt is not introduced, and rinsing must be thorough to remove all mineral residue.
Drying in fresh air away from direct sea humidity, and the curtain can be rehung indoors with good air flow to prevent mildew.
Cotton, linen, velvet, blackout weave and synthetic sheers do not take the same heat or the same solution.
Before any water.
A water spot at the hem is not treated like a greasy film near a kitchen.
We loosen what has bonded inside the fibres across the full panel, both faces and top to hem, with the method that suits the fabric, while the curtains stay on the rail so the drape is not disturbed.
The loosened dirt and water are pulled back out in the same pass.
We go over the panels with you before the team leaves.
Al Lulu sits on Obhur Road between Al Lulu Park and Awfa Rizk Mall, both well-known local markers. When confirming the exact address with you, these landmarks help us locate your villa or flat precisely, since the area is residential and spread out along the beach road.

We send a team, not a single worker.
The cleaning and extraction machines come with the team.
If a panel needs a tailor rather than a clean, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
North Jeddah is largely newer villa districts and compounds around Obhur and inland from it. Homes here tend to have marble or porcelain floors, large windows and a garden or courtyard, so the routine is set by what comes in from outside: fine sand carried on sandals, and sprinkler spray that dries to a chalky ring on tiles. Near the creek and the coast, sea air leaves a faint salt film on glass and on outdoor cushions, which stiffens fabric. Curtains and upholstery in these open plan rooms catch the dust that settles overnight.
We provide these in Al Lulu too, and more than one can share a single visit.
