We test before we clean
Testing the solution on a hidden fold is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Yaqut is a mixed district between Al Lulu and Al Sawari, crossed by active building work and two main roads bringing street dust into homes above shops. Curtains here collect from the street below and the workshop fumes at once, so they fail faster than in purely residential quarters. Cleaning them means removing everything the mixed air has layered in, and rehanging carefully in tight spaces.
Curtains on lower floors trap street dust noticeably faster than upper storeys, and the shops beneath them push cooking grease and humidity steadily upward through ceilings. For the method itself, see what curtain cleaning involves.
Al Yaqut sits at the junction: Aabir Al Qarat brings vehicle soot straight to the building face, and shops below add cooking oils and moisture. Curtains here show visible grime before they do elsewhere, and the dust works deep into the weave where shaking alone cannot reach it.
Shops below pump cooking moisture and air conditioning upward, while construction around the district adds damp dust that clings to fabric harder than dry street dust. Curtains lose their fresh smell faster than in purely residential quarters.
Flats in Al Yaqut vary in size; many have windows facing the street directly with rails set high or close to ceilings or furniture. Taking curtains down safely requires skill because measurements are tight and rails sit awkwardly.
An inland mixed-use district with ongoing construction activity, shops at street level feeding into flats above, and Aabir Al Qarat Street running through it carrying daily vehicle traffic of significant volume.
Most fabrics in Al Yaqut are lightweight chiffon or nylon, hung on metal or wood rails that need careful removal since fine thread can snap if pulled hard.
Removal starts from below and works upward, each panel folded gently as it comes down. Lightweight fabrics especially cannot be stretched or bunched during handling.
Dry vacuum first with firm but measured suction to clear surface dust, then gentle suction to avoid pulling delicate threads from the weave of sheer fabrics.
Cooking grease marks are treated with degreasing product before water, and pale construction dust stains soak in warm water and product that breaks down mineral particles.
Lightweight fabrics are sprayed rather than submerged, and cleaned with gentle motions that do not rub the weave. Drying should be on the rail if possible to avoid creasing.
Rehang from the top downward with care, threading each runner gently into the rail. Creases are smoothed as the curtain hangs using light hand pressure and a fine mist of clean water.
Cotton, linen, velvet, blackout weave and synthetic sheers do not take the same heat or the same solution.
Before any water.
A water spot at the hem is not treated like a greasy film near a kitchen.
We loosen what has bonded inside the fibres across the full panel, both faces and top to hem, with the method that suits the fabric, while the curtains stay on the rail so the drape is not disturbed.
The loosened dirt and water are pulled back out in the same pass.
We go over the panels with you before the team leaves.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them
Mixed means homes sit directly above a shop or trade, so cooking fumes and grease drift upward through the floor. Humidity is noticeably higher than in purely residential buildings, so curtains collect more dust and require deeper cleaning cycles.
Testing the solution on a hidden fold is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.
We send a team, not a single worker.
The cleaning and extraction machines come with the team.
If a panel needs a tailor rather than a clean, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Al Yaqut is defined by Al Yaqut Walkway to its east and Aabir Al Qarat Street cutting through from the north, and work here is mapped around these two routes because shops and villas scatter across their intersections.
We provide these in Al Yaqut too, and more than one can share a single visit.
