We test before we clean
Testing the solution on a hidden fold is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Faihaa is a planned residential district in south Jeddah with villas and apartment blocks, shops at street level, and Prince Majid Road running through the middle as a busy main road. Curtains here collect road dust and vehicle exhausts from the daily traffic, plus odours and dust drifting from shops below.
Daily traffic on Prince Majid Road raises dust and exhaust continuously, and curtains in homes facing the road soil faster than those overlooking quiet internal streets. For the method itself, see what curtain cleaning involves.
The main road runs through the centre, and continuous traffic raises dust and vehicle exhaust. Homes on both sides of the road take exhaust directly, and curtains darken faster than homes on quiet side streets.
Ground floor shops, some commercial and some food vendors, create daily foot traffic and extra dust. Flats above them take this dust and odour through open windows.
The district has villas, blocks, gardens and parks. Pollutants are diverse: exhaust from the road, dust and moisture from gardens and irrigation. Cleaning needs to handle different soil types together.
A regularly planned residential district with a grid layout and Prince Majid Road as its central artery, villas and apartment buildings alternating, with parks and green spaces between neighbourhoods.
Fabric and how it hangs: Curtains are varied from cotton to velvet, hung on standard rails or multi ring systems.
Panels taken down carefully: We remove carefully because dust has built up on the edges, and we avoid transferring it to furniture.
Dry vacuum before any water: We start with strong suction to lift road and garden dust before washing.
Stains treated one by one: Vehicle exhaust stains need different treatment than garden dust or moisture marks.
Cleaning method set by type: Light fabrics need gentle washing and heavy ones need more friction to release ground in grime.
Rehung and creases dropped: We rehang in the original way and spread evenly for uniform drying.
Cotton, linen, velvet, blackout weave and synthetic sheers do not take the same heat or the same solution.
Before any water.
A water spot at the hem is not treated like a greasy film near a kitchen.
We loosen what has bonded inside the fibres across the full panel, both faces and top to hem, with the method that suits the fabric, while the curtains stay on the rail so the drape is not disturbed.
The loosened dirt and water are pulled back out in the same pass.
We go over the panels with you before the team leaves.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them
In a planned mixed neighbourhood like Al Faihaa, curtains face dust from a main road, odours from ground floor shops, and a variety of pollutants that need balanced treatment.
Testing the solution on a hidden fold is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.
We send a team, not a single worker.
The cleaning and extraction machines come with the team.
If a panel needs a tailor rather than a clean, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
In Al Faihaa we reach you via Prince Majid Road or King Abdullah Road, and we time the visit by your location near the Old Airport Park or Al Fayha Park so we navigate to the correct street.
We provide these in Al Faihaa too, and more than one can share a single visit.
