We test before we clean
Testing the solution on a hidden fold is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Asla is a mixed district in east Jeddah, shops below flats, sitting between valley beds and hills with relatively newer streets. Curtains here face something different: sand from the wadis, harsh dry air from indoors, and a smell from the shop underneath that mixes with street wind.
Sand from Wadi Al Qaws gets into homes differently from the coastal districts, it is coarse and dry and does not smooth down easily. For the method itself, see what curtain cleaning involves.
Wadi Al Qaws is close, and sand from the wadis is paler and coarser than street dust. It marks the curtains differently. Coarse particles do not settle into the folds easily, but they scratch the cloth more.
East Jeddah is drier than the coast, and indoor air conditioning pulls moisture from everything. Curtains become brittle and soil easily. Dust does not clean with water alone because the dry air traps it in the threads.
The shop below the flat might be a cafe, a workshop or a clothes store, and each one sends up its own smell. Curtains sit close to the street and trap grease and odours from below more than an isolated flat does.
Al Asla is a residential district in east Jeddah, extending toward the hills and valley belt, with a simple residential character and relatively newer streets, close to Mareekh Mountains and Wadi Al Qaws.
The fabric here is mixed between sheer and heavy depending on the flat type and use.
Taking them down needs a test because dry air may have made the threads weaker.
Dry vacuum focuses on coarse sand which might scratch if handled roughly.
Stains from grease and smell need different treatment from dust.
Cleaning needs a balance between water and heat because dry air means fast drying.
Rehanging needs testing the brackets because fast drying may have weakened them.
Cotton, linen, velvet, blackout weave and synthetic sheers do not take the same heat or the same solution.
Before any water.
A water spot at the hem is not treated like a greasy film near a kitchen.
We loosen what has bonded inside the fibres across the full panel, both faces and top to hem, with the method that suits the fabric, while the curtains stay on the rail so the drape is not disturbed.
The loosened dirt and water are pulled back out in the same pass.
We go over the panels with you before the team leaves.
Testing the solution on a hidden fold is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.
We send a team, not a single worker.
The cleaning and extraction machines come with the team.
If a panel needs a tailor rather than a clean, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them
A mixed district means curtains are under pressure from multiple directions: smell and grease from the shop, sand from the wadi, dry air from the cooling system. Cleaning needs a balanced treatment that tackles all of these.
We provide these in Al Asla too, and more than one can share a single visit.
