We test before we clean
Testing the solution on a hidden fold is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Ajwad is a planned residential district in northeast Jeddah east of the Haramain expressway, with villas and apartments that hold cleaner curtains than older neighbourhoods. But fine dry dust from the open ground beyond the ring roads works into the weave easily. Cleaning removes the dust and moisture while protecting the colours of newer fabrics.
Fabrics here are usually newer and have not yet gathered years of embedded dust, but fine dust from the open ground deposits quickly into the pleats. For the method itself, see our curtain cleaning service in detail.
Newly planned districts are ringed by open ground and hills, so the air is dry and a steady stream of fine dust works in under doors and window sills. The dust does not stay on the surface but migrates down into the vertical pleats.
New villas and apartments come with new curtains treated with factory protections. First cleaning must be gentle so strong chemicals do not strip away the protective coating.
Shared stairways and common areas hold moisture that creeps up through walls and mounting systems. This slow rise leaves faint marks on new light coloured fabrics.
Al Ajwad lies in northeast Jeddah east of Haramain Expressway as a planned grid of villas and residential apartment buildings with commercial frontages along Al Ajwad Street, near Salman Al Farisi Mosque and Al Ajwad health centre.
Fabrics here are usually new and high quality, some imported with pale colours, and mounted on modern systems made with precision.
Removal is straightforward because rings and tracks are new, smooth and have not yet rusted or worn.
Dry vacuum is often enough because dust has not yet embedded in the new fabric weave.
Faint marks from moisture need very gentle treatment to avoid staining light coloured cloth.
Washing uses warm water and gentle products that preserve the factory protective coatings.
Drying is quick because new fabrics are lightweight, and rehang includes checking mountings for any weakness.
Cotton, linen, velvet, blackout weave and synthetic sheers do not take the same heat or the same solution.
Before any water.
A water spot at the hem is not treated like a greasy film near a kitchen.
We loosen what has bonded inside the fibres across the full panel, both faces and top to hem, with the method that suits the fabric, while the curtains stay on the rail so the drape is not disturbed.
The loosened dirt and water are pulled back out in the same pass.
We go over the panels with you before the team leaves.
Testing the solution on a hidden fold is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.
We send a team, not a single worker.
The cleaning and extraction machines come with the team.
If a panel needs a tailor rather than a clean, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Al Ajwad too, and more than one can share a single visit.
