The access to reach it safely
A crystal fixture over a stairwell is not a job for a kitchen stool.

Al Asalah is a newly developed district in north Jeddah near King Abdullah Sports City, with new villas and apartment buildings and high ceilings. Building is ongoing and some roads are not yet tarmaced, so dust rises with every wind and chandeliers cloud inside. The district is new but the dirt is old: fine sand from construction and grit from unpaved roads.
Construction is ongoing and roads are incomplete, fine sand and dust rise easily. Chandeliers in new villas cloud from inside quickly, and new water networks deliver unusual sediment in the first months. For the method itself, see our chandelier cleaning service in detail.
Al Asalah is still developing and building work is not finished. Earth, grit and fine sand blow with the wind, and chandeliers hang in the direct path. New villas and apartments have wide windows and open doors during construction, so dust enters easily. Cleaning requires knowledge of construction dust specifically.
Some roads are not yet tarmaced, so fine and coarse sand rises with every vehicle and wind gust. This enters new homes and settles on chandeliers. Grit scratches easily, and cleaning needs care so that fine dust does not scratch new crystals.
Drainage and water networks are incomplete in this new district, and brand new roof tanks leave unusual sediment in the first water. Some villas have cloudy water and sediment reaches the chandelier through the air. Cleaning needs to account for these new-system deposits.

New chandeliers in Al Asalah may not have faced much dirt yet, and photographs before dismantling protect the finish during first cleaning.
Safe electrical isolation in a new villa requires checking recently installed wiring, and the crew confirms the new standards are met.
Construction dust and fine sand need to be photographed before dismantling, so you can see how much dust enters a brand new home.
Each piece is washed in high-quality filtered water, because tank sediment may be suspended in ordinary tap water.
Frame and arms are wiped with a soft cloth, and tight gaps are cleaned gently because the crystals are new and may be sensitive.
Lights are tested with a meter, and any unusual reading is reported to you. First cleaning in a new villa needs extra care.
The circuit is switched off before anything is touched, and warm bulbs are given time to cool.
We check how it is built, which crystals are loose, and how it comes apart before removing a thing.
The area under the fixture is covered before we start, so a dropped crystal lands soft and nothing marks the floor or table below.
Where the piece allows, crystals come off and are washed and dried individually.
With the crystals off or aside, the frame, arms, bulb holders and ceiling mount are wiped down, since that is where film and webs hide behind the glass.
Every crystal goes back to its place, the fixture is switched on and checked, and we walk the room with you.
A crystal fixture over a stairwell is not a job for a kitchen stool.
We send a team, not one person, so crystals come off, get washed and go back in one visit, without a lone worker hurrying a fragile piece to finish before dark.
Whether crystals come off or are cleaned in place depends on how the fixture is built.
Nothing is done until the fixture is back together, switched on, and you have seen it throw its light.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave until the fixture is reassembled, lit, and you have seen it for yourself.
Al Asalah sits between Madinah Road and the Haramain expressway, and work is arranged from the nearest entrance to the villa or building via Al Mutasim Billah Street or in the direction of King Abdullah Sports City depending on the exact location.
We provide these in Al Asalah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
